Soulmates you can't live with them and can't live without them.They are the very foundation of what a good relationship is and of course you being you ,you don't have one.Lots of people haven't found their soulmates yet but you thought you'd be the acception. You opened your phone as countless notifications flooded in.That's when you noticed your friend Sadie had texted.

Are you on your way?Remember, to meet my friend Finn.

Immediately you were struck with a  moment of realisation,you had completely forgotten that she had invited you over today.

I'll be there in five.

You got up off of your bed and made your way to Sadie's it was only walking distance so it didn't take you very long to get there.That's when you noticed the golden soul mark on your hand was turning red as you felt a burning sensation making it's way through your hand.You pulled your long sleeved shirt down so it covered your hand before knocking on Sadie's door.The small red mark in the shape of a heart began to heat up as it felt as though someone had jabbed me in the hand with a knife.Blood dripped flowed from the wound as I desperately knocked on the door hoping for Sadie to open the door.Finally,after a minute of knocking the door swung open to reveal my favourite red head.

"Do you have any plasters?"I asked her.

"Yeah,I think.Finn's in there."She said pointing to the room closest to her.

You walked through the door and saw a dark haired boy who was messing around with his hand while watching TV.

"Hi."You said messing around with your sleeve.

"Finn."He said holding out his hand for you to shake.

"Y/N."You said taking his hand.

It was if a breeze hit the two of you as you looked at your hands and the small heart had turned from red to a charcoal black.

"Soulmates."You both said in unison.
