Max and El were in the bathroom,they had just used El's powers to spy on the boys after El dumped Mike and now Max was cleaning the blood off of Eleven's nose.Max tried to concentrate but something was on her mind,someone to be more specific but Max wasn't ready to tell El yet.El winced slightly as Max had accidentally pressed too hard.You see Max was bisexual,she had just figured it out a couple months back.She tried to convince herself that it was a phase by getting back together with Lucas but it still didn't satisfy her,infact it made her more frustrated.Max always knew she liked Y/N but she never really knew it at the same time.She thought that it was friend love but when she got closer to El she knew it wasn't becauseno matter how close her and El got she would never feel the same way she felt for Y/N the way she did for El.
''Sorry.''Max said as El closed her eyes and winced.
''It's fine,can I ask you something?''El asked curiously.
''Sure.''Max said casually as she moved the cloth from Eleven's nose.
''Do you like Y/N?''El asked.
Max went quiet for a moment.She was completely shocked by the question.She shook her head slightly her eyes closed for a second before she stared back at El wide eyed.
''Do you?''El asked.
''Sorry,what did you ask?''Max asked hoping that she had misheard and it was all just in her head.
''Do you like Y/N?''El repeated.
Max reluctantly nodded as she put the cloth in the sink looking at the floor.El then pulled Max into a hug.
''That's good because she likes you too.''El said smiling brightly at Max.
Max looked up at her and smiled before breaking the hug.
''Why not ask her out?''El asked.
''It's complicated.''Max said.
And with that Max left the bathroom without another word.
