As they went over the documents in the meeting Derrick sat there hoping that they consider removing this mess that Keith caused. Michael looked over the papers several times.

Michael looked at him and sat back in his chair.

"So you telling me that Keith was behind this scandal?" He asked Derrick.

"Yes sir he was. And if you don't believe me I have him on recording admitting he did this to his own daughter."

Michael looked at him with a look on his face.

"Hmm." He said as he rocked back and forth in the chair.

"Sir I know this sounds really crazy and weird but you got to believe me. I need and want my job. And busting Keith will make this continue and I have my job."

"And what's the reason for this? I mean Keith has been a loyal client of mine for years. And you mean to tell me that this accusations are real?"

"Yes sir that's exactly what I'm saying."

"And you expect me to believe this because?"

"Oh no. Come on sir don't do this. We need you to remove that so that the police will release my bosses."

"Derrick or whatever your name is. I'm sure you will love to see this happen but I'm sorry to inform you that it want. I'm loyal to Keith and I will always will.

"And you would rather be loyal to a crook that don't give a damn about you or even his daughters? If he does them like this what make you think he want do you the same way or worse?" Derrick said trying to get him to see.

"Again I don't care about what he has going with his daughters. That is not my business. As long as my company is going and he's giving me these checks we are good."

"So it's the checks you want?
I can't believe you would
say that over something that is right."

"I think it's time for you to go. Thank you for coming but I got work to do."

Derrick stood in anger and walked towards the door. He turned around and look back at Michael.

"You will regret this. Mark my words. And it will come back to haunt you." Derrick said stern.

"Is that a threat?"

"No it is not. But it is clearly a warning. And as of today you have been warned."

Slamming the door Derrick walked out and headed back through the front entrance.

"Derrick Wait!" He heard someone call.

Derrick turned and looked to see who was calling him. He saw the secretary running in his direction. He waited for her to reach him.

"Yes?" He asked looking at her.

She had a folder in her hand. She handed him the folder and looked back to make sure no one was coming or looking at her.

"What is this?" He asked opening it and looking through it.

"This will help you. I already knew Mr. Darwin was not gonna help you. He's scared of Keith. This has been going on for a long time."

Derrick looked through the files and his eyebrows raised. He was shocked at the information she just gave him.

"Where did you get this?" Derrick asked her.

"I've been doing a case my own self along with a few others. We are tired of this. And to let you know we will gladly come work for y'all if you can get us positions."

"I can most definitely mention this to them. And I'm sure they will be more than happy to bring you on board. Especially with you giving us the type of information." Derrick said closing the file.

"Thank you so much. I just want to be someone where I can make some real money."

"I didn't catch your name."
Derrick said to her.

"Alana. Alana March." She said holding her hand out to shake Derrick hand.

"Nice to meet you Alana. Here's my card. You call me if you find out anything else or need to get in contact with me."

"Ok. And please don't tell anyone I'm doing this. I don't want to make things bad for me. Well at least until I know that I'm secured." Alana said.

"No problem. I got you. And again thank you for this. You want be left out. I promise you that." He said smiling at him.

Alana smiled back at him.

"Have a good day. Let me get back to work."

"Same to you and I will be in touch."

Derrick walked out the office and headed to his car. As soon as he got in the car and crunk up he phone started ringing. He looked at the caller ID and rolled his eyes.

"What do you want?" Derrick said as he answered the call.

"Now is that a way to talk to someone that can have your head in more ways than one?"

"Keith you are not a threat to me. I don't give a rats ass how you feel about that. Now I say again what is it do you want?"

"Michael told me what you just tried to do. Did you really think that was gonna go well for you?"

Derrick laughed and said "you know what? It didn't have to be. All things will come the light. And you can believe that."

"And what suppose to mean?" Keith asked.

"You will see. That is all I got to say to you. I'm busy and I got to go." Derrick said and he hung up in his face.

With a smile on his face he drove down to the police station. Now it's time to see if this is enough to get the girls out.
