You all look up when the elevator opens.

Thor" hello my friends! How are you all on this fine day!"

He says in a booming voice. Every one responds with some form of "good".

He then looks over to you.

Thor" lady y/n, how have you been faring?"

You give him a smile

You" I've been well."

Steve" so, Thor, what have you been up to?"

Thor" ah yes, I actually need to talk to you, and the director of fury."

At this everybody becomes more alert. You look at Bucky with a confused glance.

Bucky" he normally doesn't talk seriously. Or in a normal volume either, so something really serious must be going on."

You raise your eyebrows.

Tony" Jarvis call director fury and tell him Thor needs to speak with him."

Jarvis" right away sir"

A few minutes pass.

Jarvis" he said he will be arriving in five minutes."

You sit and wait making small talk.

Fury" why am I here"

He says walking out of the elevator.

Tony" hello to you to sunshine."

Fury gives Tony a pointed look.

Thor stands and takes a deep breath.

Thor" my father, thinks it would be best to have Loki serve his penance here, on Earth."

Tony" hell no!"

Fury" for once I agree with stark. It's to dangerous."

Thor" we understand that it's dangerous. But we also have reason to believe that Loki was under the same mind minipulation that he put sir Clint under. By who we aren't certain, but we have every reason to believe that no more harm will come to midgaurd by Loki's hand. Please my friends, this is Loki's last hope. If he does not try and do good here, he will sit and rot in a cell. He may be misguided, but he does not deserve that."

Fury looks at the ground.

Fury" stark can I talk to you alone."

Him and tony walk off a bit down the hall.

They return after some time.

Fury" he can come to earth. But the first wrong move he makes he goes back to asgaurd. He will also wear a tracking bracelet that controls his powers."

Thor" done."

Fury then walks to the elevator and leaves.

Tony sits back on the couch.

You look around at everyone and see multiple set jaws and tense body's.

You" can someone tell me who Loki is?"

Tony sighs

Tony" he came to earth a few years back. Killed over 100 people, and tried to take over the planet."

Your eyes widen.

Thor" he's also my adoptive brother. He's a wonderful sorcerer. But was lead down a path that caused him to be someone other then his true self."
