You wake up with a jolt. Sweat drops down the side of your face as you try to control your breathing. You look around you and see that Bucky isn't in the room.

Suddenly the door opens.

Bucky" what's wrong."

You sigh.

You" just another nightmare. I'm fine."

Bucky" well your powers are definitely stronger. I felt how scared you are from the kitchen."

You" I'm sorry"

Bucky walks up to you and sits next to you on the bed.

Bucky" nothing to apologise for doll. C'mon I got breakfast for ya."

You nod at him.

You" I'm gonna take a shower. Im all sweaty."

He chuckles and you get up and go to your room.

You de clothe and hop in the shower.

As the hot water hits your back flashes from your nightmare rack your brain. Images of being whipped,cut,burn, and so much more flash through your mind on a never ending loop.

Knock knock

Bucky" doll you ok?I can tell your scared."

You" yeah I'm ok. Still trying to calm down."

Bucky"feel the water. The constant stream,the heat. Let it ground you."

You focus on what he says, soon finding yourself calming down.

Bucky" better?"

You" yes..thank you."

Bucky" no problem doll. I got breakfast for you when you get out. Got a big day today, gonna need your strength."

You" I'll be out in a sec."

You hear footsteps then resume your shower, going faster then normal as to avoid your nightmare.

You step out of the shower and dry off with a towel. You put your clothes on and then brush your hair back into a bun.

You walk to the dining area where you see Steve and Bucky siting on there phones.

You" hey..."

Steve and Bucky look up at you and they both give you a smile.

Bucky" c'mon lets eat."

You then notice that they both haven't touched their food.

You" you guys didn't have to wait for me."

Bucky gives you a cheeky grin.

Bucky" if we didn't our Mama's would climb outta the grave and whop us into next week."

You give a light chuckle as you sit and start to dig into your food.

Bucky" so which power do you wanna try today?"

You" I wanna try fire. I've become most controlled with it."

You smile as Steve nods.

Time skip

You stand in the same room you were brought into the first time you showed your powers.

Bruce" alright, let's give this a shot."

You take a deep breath and focus on the heat coming from your skin. Focusing on putting it into your palm. You feel a tingling sensation travel up your arm and into your fingertips.
