Summary: Claire and Annabel have been the best of friends for three years ever since they both got a job at the cafe Edible Treats. One day a mystery mouse causes a commotion in the cafe and the girls meet a new stranger who indeed is strange
My view:
- Title: Interesting title, not like your usual titles you see about. Seems like it could be ironic to a degree. (five out of ten)
- Summary: Nice little summary, short and sweet with just the right amount of 'hmmm...' added to it, to make the reader want to continue reading. (six out of ten)
- Description: Good, solid descriptions. Paragraphs are just way too long, it's really difficult to read, but other than that I thought it was pretty good. The story is quite detailed and informative, giving just about everything that it needs to give. (five out of ten)
- Characters: Definitely very strong characters. They feel very realistic and their dialogue and interactions between one another feels like I'm watching a movie with very good actors and actresses. Nothing carboard-y about these people! (seven out of ten)
- Plot: Good plot. I like this idea a lot, mainly because of just how sweet it is. I also like the direction that the story goes and how it all unfolds. Very nice. (seven out of ten)
