Nathalie Chanell's Point Of View

Nagising ako dahil sa init na tumatama sa balat ko galing sa labas ng malaking bintana ng kwarto. Tumayo ako at humarap sa salamin.

"GOOD MORNING BEAUTIFUL" I said habang nakangiti sa harap nito. Naligo at agad ko ding pinatuyo ang buhok ko gamit ang blower.

I was also able to wear a statement highwaisted shirt paired with my denim shorts. I also put powder on my face and I don't have to apply lip tint or anything because my lips naturally turn red

I took my phone from the table next to my lampshade and look at the time. It's 7:08 AM by the way, masyado yata akong naging excited sa pagdating nung new maid ko. She will be a maid here at home for a month

Oh she's lucky pa kaya, I mean it's just equivalent to one week and three days dahil weekend lang naman ang pasok niya. Truth to be told, kulang na kulang pa ang araw na iyon para pagbayaran niya lahat ng ginawa niya kaya pasalamat siya mabait pa ako sa lagay na ito

Nung makababa na ako galing kwarto, I saw Manang in the kitchen preparing our food "Hi Manang, good morning" I greeted and smiled to her

"Good Morning" She answered then smiled back to me. We ate our breakfast together with Dad, Mom and Kuya. After that, I locked myself in my room to kill the time waiting for her.

Eight thirty in the morning, I found myself scrolling down and up to my facebook account because I'm freaking bored. While scrolling, I saw that gross name in the suggestion box that I don't want to see in my whole life. I just stared that for the long time but minutes past, I found myself stalking him like what the hell did I do? Since when did I stalked someone like him? He's not even h-hot! Yes he's not! I combed my hair in frustration. Nang mainip at mainis ako sa sarili ay humarap na ako sa salamin and decided to go downstairs to check if Santa Santita's here na. Don't tell me, she's late? Wag niya lang akong paghintayin ngayon dahil nabu-bwisit ako!!

Ilang minuto pa bago ako makababa because of our long hallway and grand stairways "Hi Dad and Brotha" I greeted nang makababa ako

"Who's that girl Chanell?" Sabi ni Dad habang tinuturo si Ella na naghuhugas ng pinggan sa kusina

Napataas naman ang kilay ko at pilit na hindi pinapakita yung pagka-ngisi ko para sa babaeng iyon "Ahh, she's Santa. Our new maid for weekend" I said flatly. Sound of heels from wherever roared in my ears

"Santa? What a cute name" Well, it was my Mom from the kitchen. She's holding a tray when her homemade cupcakes and juice were placed. She emplaced it properly in our glass table before giving me an amuse look

"Really? Santa? I thought it's Ella" Sabad naman ng Kuya kong engot. Si Kuya Nathaniel

"Hmm, she's Santa for me. Santa Santita suits her well" Sabi ko sabay taas-baba ng aking magandang kilay. Sumama naman ang kanilang mukha dahil sa sinabi ko

"NATHALIE!" Sabay-sabay na tugon nina Daddy, Mommy and Kuya na may halong awtoridad kaya umirap nalang ako sa kawalan dahil dun

Umupo ako ng prente sa single sofa bago sumagot "Mom, Dad, Kuya, pambayad niya na 'to sa ginawa niya sa akin kaya ko siya hinire as our new maid and besides, para di na din masyadong mahirapan si Manang sa gawaing bahay" Pagdadahilan ko para di na ako malagay sa hot seat
