(Layla) Nipsey was gone out doing some "business" so I decided to surprise him with a candle lit dinner. Our relationship has honestly been getting better we have been way more open with each other about everything . I put the steak in the oven, while I ran up stairs to wash up and change clothes really quick, I decided on wearing something sexy for him, because our sex life has been rocky but I miss my man and imma show him just how much.
I rushed back down stairs and the steak was cooked perfectly. I started to plate everything steak, lobster, cheesy baked potato, green beans and wine for me, Hennessy for my baby. Just as I was finishing up the plating Nipsey walked through the door.
"Damn baby you got it smelling good in here , whats the candles for boo what the special occasion." Nispey said while I walked from the kitchen with the food.
"Just wanted to show my appreciation towards you baby, come on lets eat before the food get cold," I walked up to him a kissed his lips while placing the food on the table.

"Baby this food good af, what did I do to deserve all this ?" I smiled at him before saying.
"I just wanna thank you for always being there, being patient with me, loving me through my ups and downs, and just providing for me as my man. Most men wouldn't want to go to therapy because they don't want to admit their wrongs but not you you stood by my side the entire time and you didn't make me feel small or like I was the victim you lifted me up completely and I thank you and love you so much for that baby." I said kissing him lips softly. He started to laugh and I looked at him funny.
"Its crazy that you came to me with all this tonight because I was actually planning a special night for us but what more special than tonight to do this," he said pulling something out of his pocket. My breathe got caught in my chest.
"Layla Danielle Brooks, from the moment I saw you I think I fell in love, you was dissing me super hard because I was Dave's homie and you didn't want your big cousin to get in that ass about talking to me. But baby I'm so glad that you didn't let that stop us from continuing to talk this rocky road that we have been on was meant to break us but it only made us stronger and better to sum it all up what I'm trying to say is will you do the honor of becoming Mrs Layla Asghedom?" After what felt like hours of me holding my breath I screamed out YES! He scooped me up and gave me the most passionate kiss that I have ever experienced with him. I cant believe I'm getting married I hurried and took a picture to Tiffany , I know she is probably sleep so when she wakes up we have a lot to talk about.
