You walked through the parking lot of the La Push Reservation high school.

Your feet carried you quickly past the Uley Cult who stood together in the parking lot leaning against the hoods of their cars with threatening glares.

Some of the guys had their pretty girlfriends sitting right on their lap, and they talked and giggled like their boyfriends weren't the scariest guys at school.

There was Sam Uley of course. He was the leader of the group. It was like one day you could be looking at a sweet and kind hearted guy, and then out of the blue the next day they'd be with Sam Uley and they'd be completely different.

Jacob Black was a perfect example of a sweet boy who turned dangerous and cold at the hands of Sam.

The other people in the group were Paul Lahote, Jared Cameron, Quil Ateara, Embry Call, Seth Clearwater and his sister Leah Clearwater.

The rumors about the cult ran ramped throughout the school. Leah used to date Sam, but when Leah's cousin Emily came into town Sam fell in love with her and left Leah.

Everyone made fun of Leah for sticking around Sam so often and even joining his cult as a desperate way to get closer to her ex.

The only guy you were really interested in was Seth Clearwater, the youngest of the boys.

He had to be a sophomore, about 15 or 16. You didn't really notice him up until a few weeks ago when you guys bumped into each other in the hall at the end of the day.

You had fallen asleep in class and we're making a mad dash through the empty halls to try and catch a ride with one of your friends because the regular La Push weather called for rain.

Just as you were turning the corner you bumped into something super hard. You assumed it was a wall, but when you looked up you were met with a soft pair of honey brown eyes and a concerned baby face.

Instantly you grew red and began to apologize to the male, you recognized him from Sam's cult and the last thing you wanted was trouble of any kind from the notorious boys.

It was as if he was at a loss for words because he just stared at you in awe. It made you nervous and scared, like he was about to yell at you or something.

Soon enough he snapped out of it and told you "It's okay, honest mistake."

And then he held it hand out for you to take.

At first you were hesitant, but the boy seemed nice enough so you took his hand and allowed him to pull you up to your feet.

"I'm Seth." He said with a sheepish pearly white smile that made your insides flutter.

"I'm (Y/n)." You smiled shyly back at him and tucked some of your hair behind your ear.

"What were you doing running through the halls?" He asked curiously.

You flushed red from embarrassment. "I fell asleep in my last class and I was trying to catch one of my friends before they left so I wouldn't have to walk home in the rain."

You looked behind him outside the double doors to the parking lot and it was practically vacant.

"Well I could give you a ride home if you want." He offered.

You didn't know if you should accept his offer. For all you knew this could be a trap for him to kill you or take you back to his cult as a sacrifice.

You tried not to think like that though, so you ended up saying "Sure, I would really appreciate that."

And ever since Seth drove you home that day a couple of weeks ago he started talking to you more and more.
