By the next morning Kara woke up feeling like she had been hit by 600Ib battering ram, her head was pounding and her cheeks were burning red from the never ending tears from the night before.

Evening Alex was able to drag her to bed after much persuasion that she'd be more comfortable and warm in the confines of Maggie's tent but when she did get to bed, all she felt was cold. The chill of silence that her love gave her when she told her the truth and leaving her desolate with nothing but rampant thoughts running through her mind.

As she began to sit up from the quite substantially comfortable bed that Maggie had insisted she slept in she began to hear commotion from outside the tent along with various shadows running past then.

Gathering herself together she noticed that Alex was in the bed at the other side of the room,  as she ran out she heard screaming from a woman as the camps women were gathered around something the Blonde couldn't yet detect.

The closer she got the more the screaming turned to sobbing as she noticed a horse with a woman draped over its back with an arrow lodged into her back, the woman to which the sobbing was coming from was clutching onto Maggie as she let the sorrow overcome her body.

As Kara approached the group wailing woman saw Kara and started to straighten herself up, "You," she began, her nose sniffling and her tone harsh as she pointed at the Blonde, "This is your fault, if you can't come here and lead the Princess here, my sister would still be alive!" She shouted, walking away from Maggie and towards Kara.

Kara, who now stood stricken with an element of fear as this woman harshly poked her with her index finger with every word she spoke.

"I..." Kara didn't know what to say as she looked around her at all the angry women that stood being hind the accuser, "I'm so sorry." Her voice was small and almost broken as she offered her apology but that's all she could do.

Coming from behind the angry women came their leader, "This isn't Kara's fault, we all knew when starting this that it would be dangerous and one way or another we are not going to invisible to Camelot forever," The smaller woman said, standing in front of Kara, "Imra, your sister died trying to protect us, it was an honourable death but this was nothing to do with Kara." She said, placing her hands gently on the other woman's shoulders.

Maggie turned back to the Blonde, who now had tears rimming her eyes, "Kara come with me." She said, taking the Blonde towards the outside of the camp, leaving the mourning women.

As they came to a stand still where tents stopped and thick forest began Kara's dam broke and tears began to stream down her face, "Maggie I'm so sorry, I didn't know," She said, encircling herself in her own arms as she did so, "I'm so sorry." She repeated, using a single hand to wipe away her fallen tears.

The camp leader moved closer to her and used the pads of her thumbs to wipe the stray tears that the Blonde has missed, "Kara you did nothing wrong," she said assuringly with a warm smile to which the Blonde couldn't only return with a faint smile, "But it was a warning, the knights of Camelot and Daxam ride tomorrow at dawn for Krypton and anyone else who stands in their way, they're taking no prisoners." She explained as she took a piece of parchment out of her pocket with a note dictating as Maggie just said on it.

Kara took the note from he smaller woman's hand, as she read over it she could see it was signed at the bottom.

Queen Lena Luthor of Camelot.

With the royal seal on the back.

Lena did this, she sent the note.

"I-I have to go warn Krypton." Kara said, her voice laced with nothing other than worry and she took the note and ran towards Maggie's tent.
