Chapter 27

Skylar's POV:

We almost had sex last night and it was because of my stupid period why we didn't. Like seriously, why did you have to come now? Couldn't you have waited another day or so. Ugh I hate being a girl.

Ryan didn't seem to bothered by it. He seemed like he wasn't discusted by it, which was really weird but I'm happy he was being supportive and not staying away from me like all of my other past boyfriends did.

Ryan is different and I like that. He is so supportive and he helps me through everything, I couldn't ask for better.

I was thinking when I felt Ryan move. He opened his eyes and looked at me.

"Hey beautiful, how are you?"

"I'm ok. Can we just stay home today though, I don't really want to go to school." I asked.

"Of course, but I have to leave around 2:45pm so I can go to work."

"Ok. I'm going to go look for a job as well, so we can both get paid faster."

"Ok."

"So what do you want to do today?" I asked.

"I don't know. Do you want something to eat?" He asked.

"Yeah."

"Ok, well, I'm going to go down stairs and make us some breakfast."

"Ok."

I laid there for a few moments just thinking when I had to use the restroom. After I was done I washed my hands of course. Who doesn't? That's just gross. Anyway, I went and saw what Ryan was making.

He made us some toast and some cereal. I like mine dry so he had just a dry bowl of cereal for me. I know, I'm weird I like dry cereal but, what are you going to do, sue me?

I just wanted to eat it all.

"Hey I was going to come up stairs and serve it to you in bed." He pouted.

"Stop pouting. I just wanted to see what you were doing."

"Making breakfast."

"Ok, I'll go upstairs then." I said.

"No, now we stay down here. I don't want you moving that much."

"Why? Is this because I'm on my period? You know I can move around right?"

"Yes I know. I had 3 sisters so yeah I know. I just don't want you moving around that much because of cramps and stuff. I want to take care of you." He said like he actually ment it.

"Oh, well, thanks."

"You're welcome."

We ate our breakfast and it was good. Ryan carried me back upstairs and we watched movies. My stomach started to hurt and he could tell because of the pained expression on my face.

"What's wrong?" He asked, sounding concerned.

"Oh you know just cramps and stuff, it will be over soon."

"No. Let me help." He said as he ran to go get something from the hallway closet. "Here." He said as he got a heating pad and plugged it into the wall and then laid it on my stomach, wow this did feel good. I've never had a heating pad on me before but now I know it's great and it helps stop the pain.

"You feel better?" He asked.

"Mhm." I said as I nodded my head.

"Good." He said.

After a while I got really hot and I took it off. Ryan offered to give me a back massage and boy did that feel great. I moaned the whole time he was doing it. His hands felt amazing.

"Does this feel good?" He asked pressing harder.

"Yes." I said.

After a while of pure bliss I fell asleep.

I woke up at 2:30pm; just in time to see Ryan leave. We gave eachother a hug and kiss and he left for work. I walked around town to find a job. I came across the place Ryan and I ate at for our 'romantic night' and I applied for a job there. I filled out all the papers and handed them to the manager after the interview and he said he would give me a call if I made the job or not.

I really hope I did because everything bad happens to me and this could be really great and we need money so we can pay bills and eat.

I walked back to our house and watched tv for the rest of the day.

It was 3:55pm and I decided I would read until Ryan got home, I haven't read in awhile so this should be great. I read off of my phone and every now and then I would receive text messages from Britney asking where I was. I told her that I ditched school because I didn't want to go. I didn't want to lie to her, I've already lied to so many people so I don't want our friendship to be based off of lies from the beginning.

She just said "oh ok." And she left it at that. After awhile I got tired so I put my phone away and fell asleep on the couch.

"Skylar.....Skylar.....Sky.....Wake up." I suddenly hear as I shift awake in my sleep.

"I'm up." I stated.

"Are you tired?" Ryan asked.

"A little."

"Ok. I'll make you some dinner and you can go back to sleep, I already went to the store and got food for us; I got paid today."

"Ok." I said not really paying attention.

Once supper was ready we ate it like no tomorrow. I'm just happy we weren't eating pizza again. We had speghetti, it was really good. After that I got into the shower and it felt great. Ryan came in every couple of minutes to check on how I was doing because he knew how tired I was and I spent a long time in the shower. Once I got out of the shower I went to go get dressed while Ryan was downstairs paying the bills.

"We have 43 dollars after all the bills are paid." He said coming upstairs.

"Ok that's great."

"Yeah not really, it's not enough to get us through the week."

"I know."

"I'm going to go take my shower." He said as he ran to the bathroom.

After awhile of being bored I started to get tired. Once Ryan was out of the shower he noticed how tired I was. He kissed the top of my head and he went over to do his homework as I fell asleep.

Ryan's POV:

Skylar fell asleep and I started my homework. I did math first since it comes easy to me, then I did my science and that was all I had. Once I finished my science I went and laid down next to Sky, she was so beautiful when she slept. I could tell she was really tired, she must have been sleeping all day. I laid down next to her and I could hear her snoring. Awe she snores. That's so cute, well, that's another thing I know about her that she doesn't know I know. I said to myself. Once I actually laid down I wrapped Skylar up in my arms and she seemed more relaxed, she stopped snoring and she just was asleep. She's perfect and amazing. I can't wait for Christmas break, we're going to have so much fun. I thought as I felt myself being drifted off into a deep sleep.
