Chapter 35

The doctor told me I was actually pregnant. Once I found out I cried. He said that everything should go fine, but if I have any cramps while being pregnant, then I should come into his office and see him just to make sure everything is alright. I have doctors appointments every 2 weeks to make sure everything is fine.

After my doctors appointment Ryan and I went back to school. Maia and Luke both came up to us and asked why we weren't there, we told them we would explain later. I went to my 3rd period class and Britney was there, she asked me why I wasn't there and I told her I had a doctors appointment, I didn't quite know her that well but I wanted to be safe and I didn't want the whole school knowing I'm pregnant, especially since school is going to be over in a month or 2 which I can not wait for.

By time lunch came around I was starving, Ryan had told me to meet him outside in his car. Once the bell signaled to go to lunch I went outside and waited, Ryan soon came outside and unlocked his car, we both got in and we talked. We both decided that Maia and Luke should come over tonight and we should tell them about our baby. We both went inside and got our lunch, we sat down and told Luke and Maia to come over tonight. They questioned us and we just said we had a suprise for them.

I'm excited that my friends are in my life more, they know all of my secrets, I'm happy that they will know this wonderful secret.

Once the bell signaled that lunch was over I went to class. All of my classes are boring except for language arts, it's fun because I like it.

Ryan's POV:

I made my way to my class, in the middle of the class when the teacher was giving us a boring lecture the teachers phone rang. She excused herself to answer it, thank god I feel like I'm going to fall asleep.

"Ryan. The principle would like to see you." Mrs. Moore said to me.

"Ok." I said as I made my way down to the principles office. I don't like going to the principles office they freak me out. As I walked into his office he greeted me.

"Hello Mr.Dunn." Mr.Greene said.

"Hi."

"So you have the highest GPA. You're girlfriend has the 3rd highest, but you have the highest. So I would like for you to be valedictorian." Mr.Greene said.

"Oh my god, are you serious?" I asked.

"Yes. Will you do it." He asked.

"Yes sir I won't let you down."

"Fantastic, I'll see you for the last day of school. I can't wait to hear your speech."
"I can't wait to present it." I said feeling excited.

"Now remember. Our school year is over in less than a month. I hope you are prepared."

"I will be sir."

"Ok great now go to class." Mr.Greene said.

I went back to class. Oh my god, this is great I can't wait to tell Skylar.

Once school was over I went and found Skylar, I told her I had exciting news. We ran to my car and she asked what the exciting news was. I told her I would tell her when we got home. I raced home and I led her inside. I made her sit down on the couch.

"Ok. I was called down to the principles office today." I told her.

"Really? What for?" She asked.

"Mr.Greene told me that I was going to be valedictorian." I told her.

"No way." She jumped up and down.

"Yes way." I said.

"Oh my god that's fantastic." She said.

"Yeah I know."

After awhile she made supper. I took my shower and after my shower I helped cook. We both talked while eating. We are eating healthy now so that the baby will be healthy when he/ she is born.
After awhile we cleaned the dishes. Skylar took her shower and I worked on my speech. I'm halfway done with it. I already know what I'm going to say and do, I can't wait. When I was finishing up my last sentence the doorbell rang. I opened the door and there stood Luke and Maia. They entered our house and sat on the couch, I told them Skylar is takingh a shower so they have to wait a little while longer. I ran upstairs and knocked on the bathroom door before going in.

"Luke and Maia are here." I told her.

"Great I'll be done in 2 minutes." She said.

"Great."

I ran downstairs and told them that she'll be out any minute. After awhile of waiting Skylar eventually came down the stairs. I ran by her side and held her hand and walked over to them. Skylar told them that she was pregnant with my baby. They freaked the fuck out. They screamed and jumped and they hugged us.

"Oh my god, I can't believe it. This is so exciting." They said in unison.

"I know right." I said.

After awhile of talking they eventually left. We both got tired and fell asleep, Skylar was laying on top of my chest. She was so cold, her hair smelled nice and her skin was so soft. I wrapped my arms around her and held her tight to me. She soon relaxed and I soon fell asleep. I can't wait to be a father.
