Juliette's POV

When Cassandra said she sent a dress that is gorgeous and perfect for me, I never imagine it would leave me breathless. An high neck nap sleeves beaded crystal red mermaid dress. It was so beautiful and perfect that I twirl around and I was just at aw. Cassandra picked the right dress. Elijah saw me and he was blushing and in aw.
He looked impressed. "Wow. You look amazing. Beautiful and wow."

"Thanks. Cassandra sent this dress for me and I like it. I love it."

"Me too. Wow. We should head out and... There's a lot of people here. And we should..." Flynn entered and he stopped himself and nodded. "Man you look great. Yeah I'm here because there's a lot of people. Too many guests but I heard Maverick is on his way with his son. Going to announced something but I couldn't care less about that."

"Where's Renny? I thought she would come with you."

"Said she needed to see Joanna real quick and she'll be here later."

"So how's everything between you two? What's going on?"

"It's best I don't go to District 40, got into it with Shay last night."

"What happened?"

"Renny went to see him, she drank too much and was about to do some cocaine, but she stopped herself and gave him what he deserves and I beat him up the second he was on the ground. I'm a dead man over there and I can't go back, neither Renny."

"Renny. That's awful."

"It's better we keep our gaurd up in case something happens. I don't know but I have a feeling something is going to happened."

"Keep an eye on those who are suspicious, especially Victor and Maverick. I have a feeling Maverick is behind it to."

"Let's go. Let the party and fun begins."

Anyone who is anyone showed up to the party, all dressed up and drinking. Elijah held Juliette's hand as they made they're way to everyone, someone was playing music and Elijah had his attention to the pianist and was interested. The press took pictures of the Anderson MacGregor family. Juliette and Elijah was annoyed when they asked if Juliette is pregnant.

"Are you pregnant?"

"When is the due date?"

"Is it true that your expecting?"

"When will you have the child?"

"No comment. Come on."

"Nosy as ever. I don't think I can handle them for a second."

"Agreed. Look there, Victor with Margaret, trying to get something."

"More like telling him about Rocky and Dash. Get Flynn to move the kids back to our room. I don't trust Margaret and I know she will tell him. Go act your talking to people."

"I can do better. Get Flynn when I give the signal."

"What signal?"

"Watch." Elijah hurried to the piano and talked a few minutes with the pianist and got close and the man nodded, getting up and Elijah pulled the mic and spoke, "Welcome everyone to the amazing party of Joseph MacGregor, my father in law, and I'm going to play you all something great. Here we go." Elijah wincked which meant the singal, Juliette casually looked around for Flynn and she found him. He turned to hee direction, she made his way, "Margaret is with Victor, get the kids and move them into our room, no you know what, go to the library and grab a book called 'Empress of the Sea.'"

"Why?"

"Just go. I don't trust Margaret with him, she will tell him, now go."

"Got it." The secret passage way is perfect. Even though nobody else knows, she trust Flynn, Rocky and Dash. And Renny and Elijah. It's for them and works perfectly. The music was getting louder and Juliette was amazed by how perfectly Elijah was playing, she hurried to sit with him and joined in, Elijah smiled and continued playing which everyone clapped and cheered. Everyone had eyes on them, playing such lovely song and once they were finished, everyone clapped and cheered with the performance.

"You were great. Really great."

"I practice to join you and I liked it."

"It's good. Thank you everyone for hearing us play! Enjoy the party!" All cheered and the two walked around as Cassandra made her way over to them.

"I knew it. I knew the dress was perfect for you. You look beautiful, Juliette."

You're beautiful as well, Cassandra."

"Evening Cassandra."

"I hope you don't mind Juliette but can I speak with Elijah? For a moment."

"Of course. I'll walk around, find me later."

"I'll find you."

"Come."

"You look lovely Cassandra, how are things?"

"I've been thinking for the last several weeks. I had time to think after that day and I wanted to apologize. For everything. You and Juliette looked happy and I'm sorry."

"I appreciate you know what happened. I did care about you and when we ended it, I wanted you to find someone else who would be there for you. It was tough but I want to make things work for Juliette and I. I know we can make it."

"You will. Your performance was great, the two of you. Make her happy, I know you would."

"Take care, Cassie."

"You too. Oh and I heard Christian Knight is attending, along with his fiancee."

"He's getting married? To who?"

"Didn't you hear? Or at least Flynn? Well I heard it happened last night, Maverick found someone for Christian and I heard this woman is no other then..."

"Who?"

"Rebecca."

"Rebecca? Rebecca who?"

"Juliette's friend, Rebecca Austin."

"What? Renny? Juliette's friend, Renny? Renny, Renny?"

"Yeah. I heard Maverick approved the engagement and they're arriving together any minute now and look, fancy cars, must be them."

"Shit. What the hell is going on? Wait, Flynn said Maverick is going to announced something, must be the engagement! How..."

"You have Flynn, I have someone. Keep up."

"Shit. This is not good. Cassie, I need you to do something. For me. Find Juliette, please."

"Why?"

"Shits about to go down. I can feel it."

Back at the hospital, men in coats were walking around, looking for a room for one person. Two to be exact.

Desiree was softly breathing, her knuckles started moving, slowly and slowly opened her eyes, took her first breath being alive but that was about to change. She was still weak and injured, she turned her head to see the men in coats in doctor clothes and putting something in her tupe.
"R... Renny..."

"This will be her message in who's the boss. And not mess with us. Enjoy the last few minutes alive."

"N... No... No... R... Re... Renny..." Taking her last breath as the men left the room.

"Find the boy, attack the estate in two hours, the fun is about to begin."

Elijah's POV

Shit is about to go down as know it. I have a bad feeling and I know it's going to be such a shock. I tried to find Renny, what the hell is going on? If Cassie said was true, oh damn things are not going to be good. I turned around and gasped, oh this is not good. Maverick stood in top of the stairs and everyone was at eyes on him, please don't let Flynn see. Or Juliette. But I was screwed, Maverick is announcing!

"I like to announced the engagement of my boy, Christian and his lovely bride. Give appealed to Christian and his bride, Rebecca Austin." Renny stood next to Christian, hand in hand and everyone clapped. Engaged and a surprise. My blood dropped, Flynn and Juliette saw and a big slap in the face, took them in shocked. This isn't good, not one bit.

Everyone clapped for the engagement, Renny noticed Elijah, Juliette and... Flynn. She turned away and Christian arm is around Renny, pulling her close, this was the deal.

The deal of marrying Maverick's son, Christian Knight. This is it.
