Chapter one:
I groan, rolling onto my side.
Being nearly thirty four weeks pregnant absolutely sucks. And I was over it.
"How's the love of my life this morning?" Shawn asks, smiling at me.
"Were you watching me sleep?" I ask Shawn when I noticed he was awake, looking at me.
"Well goodmorning to you too, beautiful."
"Shawn. I love you, and I know I haven't said it a lot lately-"
"It's been three months"
I sigh "Trust me, after these babies are born there will be plenty I love yous."
"Can I have one while I wait?"
I laughed rolling my eyes "Fine, I love you."
"And I love you too" He grins
Shawn looked at the clock behind me, sighing when he noticed the time.
"We have to go," He leans over, kissing me on the cheek "I told Cory we'd be over at is place thirty minutes ago."
"Ughhhhh" I push myself into a seated position "I love Cory but I swear we spend more time at his place than here."
"Yeah, we probably do" Shawn chuckles.
He gets up and walks over to the dresser
"No come back" I whine
He laughs, turning to face me "I'm getting dressed, even though I'd rather stay in bed, be ready in fifteen."
I nod, swinging my legs over the edge of the bed, running a hand over my face.
My phone suddenly goes off, Startling me.
She read the caller ID 'Court'
"Hey Court" I said into the phone "No I'm not in labor yet."
"Aw man,.I'm waiting, I swear but I can't wait to be an aunt, but actually, guess what" Court says
"What?"
"Well, I'm taking a flight to New York and I'll be there today! Isn't that great?"
"Oh my god, really? That is amazing! we haven't seen eachother in two years!"
"I can't wait either, and I can't wait to finally meet your friends! Especially Shawn, I feel like I know them" She says Shawns name in a teasing manner as if they were in grade school, laughing.
"Yeah, I can't wait for you to meet them either. Hey, I gotta go,.I'll see you later? I'll send you the address to meet me at."
"Okay, Bye"
I hung up, pushing myself off the bed and waddling over to the closet.
"Who was that babe?" Shawn asked coming back into room, shirtless.
"That was Courtney, She's coming up for a visit."
I picked out a shirt that was the color of blackberry juice and a pair of black maternity lounge pants and matching slides.
"Oh really? That's cool. I can't wait to meet her."
"She said the same thing about you guys. I told her to meet me at the Matthews place."
"Oh she's flying in today?"
"Mhmm, why? Is that an issue?"
"No, it's just sudden."
"Yeah, well that Court for ya. Ready to go?" I ask, brushing out my hair
"Yep, let's go." He kisses me on the lips "No offense, but I'll be so glad once you give birth, I'll finally be able to get close to you again."
I laugh quietly, pushing his shoulder playfully. "Honestly, me too."
When they reached the apartment, I gave one knock then walked in.
"Oh, By the way, I have a friend dropping by today." I said, taking a seat on the couch, awkwardly.
"When?" Topanga asks
"I don't know-" I was cut off by the buzzard "Hmm, that might be your answers."
Topanga walks over and presses the button, asking who it was.
"Courtney McGregor" A familiar voice says
"She's here!!!" I say, grinning from ear to ear.
