Sick Eiji: Eiji gets sick but he doesn't tell anyone since he doesn't want to be an even bigger burden to Ash. He did a great job of hiding his fever and his tiredness from everybody, but he reaches his limits. When one day Ash comes back home early with Alex, Kong, and Bones, Eiji leaves to get their drinks but he passes out from exhaustion in the kitchen. Ash hears the crash and runs over to him.

"You are already back" Eiji stood in the hallway, blue cloth in his dripping hands. "Yeah, but I still have a few things to take care of" Ash stated as he took of his shoes and put on his slippers. "You guys want a drink?" Eiji asked as he looked past Ash, Alex was there talking with Kong and Bones. " Some juice is okay, thanks Eiji" Kong nodded with a smile and thumb up. Eiji chuckled softly and walked back in kitchen. The boys went and sat on the couch. They started talking in a hushed tone, Ash careful not to let Eiji hear something he is better not to know. Meanwhile Eiji took glasses out of cabinet and juice out of fridge. He sat them on the table, but suddenly black and white spots blurred his vision, he groaned slightly as he gripped the chair to balance himself. After few moments the pain has subdued back to a headache. He had it for a few days now, and it's still not going away, even getting worse. He sat on the chair for a few moments, just to make sure for this not to happen again, and to make sure he looks fine and normal when he goes to greet his guests again. A minute ticked by, he shouldn't keep his guests waiting, and he was felling better, not good, but better. He jumped up, okay, steady, steady, he took the tray with glasses and juice and stepped forward, then black. The dots that appeared in his vision connected and darkness engulfed him, he fell with a thud while the tray clashed on the floor and glasses broke with a sharp sound. Then he fell into dark void. Meanwhile Ash and his gang snapped out of their conversation because of strange noise. "Eiji?" Ash called to check and see if Eiji accidentally dropped a laundry basket again, sharp sound was his only reply. His eyes widened as he jumped over the sofa and ran out of the room, in his arm clenched was his gun as he ran ahead, when he came into the room with a raised gun, he only saw Eiji on the floor. He hastened on his knees and checked his pulse and body for injuries, the lower part of his pants was covered in red liquid, Ash frantically searched for someone else in the room, but no one. "Eiji?!"
He called, but the boy didn't reply, his eyes closed and brows furrowed, was he in pain? What happened? Millions of thoughts spun around in his head "boss!" Alex called as he stopped in front of the doorframe.

"What happened?" Alex asked as he looked around the room "Alex call an ambulance" Ash said hysterically. Alex looked at him dumbfounded "Now?!" Ash jelled. "On it boss!" Kong and Bones shrieked in union. About to rush out Alex pulled them back "wait you two... Ash?" Alex said and walked forward "Alex what the heck are you doing" Ash hissed at him with his eyes glowing in madness "boss... calm down" Alex said as he kneeled down next to Eiji. "Don't touch him!" He yelled and pointed the gun at him. "Ash... calm down. Eiji is not dying" Alex spoke slowly, retrieving his hand and showing that there was nothing in them. "This is not a blood, it's juice" Alex said and picked up nearly empty bottle of juice and shook it hard enough to spill even more. Ash glanced down, no metalic smell of blood lingering in the air, on the second look, the 'blood' was to clear and not nearly thick enough to be blood. Ash let himself relax slightly "sorry Alex"

"It's ok Ash"

"I'm going to get Eiji to bed. Alex go buy some medicine" Ash mutered and picked Eiji up.

"On it, boss!"

Ash princess-carried Eiji to their room and softly put him on the bed and wrapped him in blanket.

"You idiot! I almost had a heart attack because of you" Ash hissed under his breath as he gazed at his still tremebling hands. He sat there in quiet, thinking in his head about everything and esppecially last few days. He noticed that Eiji wasn't as enegetic as usual, but Ash shrugged it of since he was too busy and he thought Eiji was just lonely so he tried to be home earlier, that's why he was here now. But, what if he didn't came home today, would Eiji pass out and would lay in the kitchen until he was back? Who knows when would he be back though. God, he was auch an idiot for not noticing anything earlier. Sound of knocking on the doors snapped him out of his train of thoughts. Alex walked in with a small white bag dangaling in his hand. "Some headeche medicine, for stomache and sleeping plills" Ash had a creeping feeling the sleeping pills weren't bought for Eiji. Alex put it on the night stand. As he walked back, he ressuringly squuezed Ash's shoulder who in turn tensed at the contact. And with that Alex walked out of the room.

Hours ticked by until Eiji had finaly woken up.

His eyes flutered open as his big doe eyes still needed to get used to bright light. In a moment Ash was up from his seat and hovered above Eiji. "Eiji?"Ash breathed out as he looked at the boy below him.

"Hng, A-ash" Eiji shakingly called out with hoarse voice since he had just woken up. "Eiji you need to drink some medicine" Ash helped him seat up and shuffeled to the nerby desk where there was a bag Alex left. Ash came back with a glass of water and a small pill in hus clenched hand. Eiji took it and gulped it down with cold, refreshing liquid soothing his burning throat.

"Sorry Ash" Eiji said as Ash turned around to return the glass on the table. "Eiji. Do you know i almost had a panic attack when i saw you laying in the kitchen" it was not a question that needed a answer. Eiji looked down in shame. "why didn't you tell me" he asked sternly

"I don't want to be a burden" he replied and flinched as Ash slammed the glass down on the table. "And you thought that by countinuing over-working yourself even with your high fever was a good idea" Ash hissed as he put his hand on the table and leaned on it, his back facing Eiji. Eiji sat quiet for a few moments.

He pushed his cover off of himself and stumbeld towards Ash. He wrapped his arms around him and leaned his head on his back. Ash stiffend at the touch, but his shoulders began shaking more visibly now. "It's okay. I'm here" Eiji murmmerd as he countinued to hold now bawling teen.
