"You're crazy Marvina." Marcus looks at me as I stutter the words.
"It could work! He did it before!" I smile.
"I just don't want you to get your hopes up, where would his vase be anyways?" he frowns.
"Where it began, the cave." I smile more and almost giggle at the thought of seeing him again.
"Alright, I'll go with you just to prove to you. Should we bring Liam and-"
I interrupt him, "No! I want to go with just you, because if we do-" I stop and he nods understanding why.
"The academy won't give us permission to go because it doesn't help them but I think mom could help us." Marcus grins.
He grabs my wrist and pulls me down the hall to mom's classroom.
"Hey mom!" Marcus exclaims.
"I didn't expect you two to the visit." she smiles.
"Well," I begin, "we were wondering if you could help me-I mean us, find a way to get to San Fransisco?"
"I can help you, but you aren't 16 years old so you can't drive the car, but I can help with that too." she smiles.
She goes into a desk drawer and pulls out three plastic cards. One has my face on it and one has Marcus's and the third one is a credit card.
"These two," she holds the cards up, "are driver's licenses, I created them with magic so they say you're 16 but they're fake so still be careful. And this, you will need for gas, food, etcetera." she hands them to me and I give Marcus his.
"Thanks mom! And what about the car?" Marcus asks.
"There's a black Acura parked in the back that you can use. I suggest leaving in the morning before first period, I will excuse you two so don't worry," she smiles and hugs us, "good luck!"
We leave her in her classroom and pack in our dorm room while Ginnifer and Liam are in class.
"We have to escape without them noticing." Marcus mentions.
"I know, that's why I have a plan." I smile.
