I imagined Brenda Song as Erin Takahashi, an enhanced human who briefly met Casey during the Battle of New York, works for Stephen Strange, and tells Casey of everything that happened on Earth, later informing Peyton and the others.
Eventually, Thor and I arrived in Greenwich and at the address, right after getting some directions.
"Nice neighborhood," I mumbled as we approached the main door.
Thor knocked on it. Both of us suddenly ended up in what looked like a dark and dimly lit corridor. Something strange was going on! I stood close to Thor, not knowing what to expect. I felt like a complete stranger on my home world after being away for four years.
"Thor Odinson," a man's voice spoke. "And, Casey Farrah Armstrong."
I jolted at the mention of my full name just as Thor and I turned to face a human-cloaked figure that hovered and floated towards us from the shadows. My parents were Charlie's Angels fans, and they chose my middle name when deciding on my name.
Thor held out Mjolnir, getting into a defensive mode. I got behind him nervously just as a man wearing a red cloak landed and approached us.
"God of Thunder. The famed and missing Sparrow," the stranger concluded, which told me that he knew all about my sudden disappearance from Earth. He turned to Thor. "You can put down the umbrella." He knew what it was under the illusion.
Thor cautiously placed Mjolnir into an umbrella holder that was nearby. The minute he did so, we found ourselves teleported into another room. I noticed the stranger who had eyes on Thor and me, and that he wasn't alone. A girl of Asian descent, around my age, was present, having walked in. Somehow, she looked familiar.
Thor casually picked something up from what looked like a tower table model and turned to the stranger. "So, Earth has, uh, wizards now?" he wondered.
"No frickin' way," I muttered in disbelief.
As Thor was placing the item back on the model, it clattered. I cringed at the loud clanging, and so did the girl.
"The preferred term is 'Master of the Mystic Arts.' You can leave that now," the stranger told him.
"I'll get that later," she turned to the stranger.
"All right, wizard. Who are you? Why should I care?" Thor asked.
"My name is Doctor Stephen Strange, and I have some questions for you," the stranger replied with a straightforward expression. "Take a seat."
Next, we were teleported into another room and seated in some comfortable chairs. I glanced around in wonder.
"I know. Weird," the girl turned to me with a friendly expression. "I'm Erin Takahashi, by the way. I work for the Doc." She pointed her thumb at Strange.
"I'm Casey," I shook Erin's hand.
"I know who you are. You saved my best friend's life a year before your disappearance."
Then it hit me. I remembered seeing Erin arrive after I saved her friend, whom she called Veronica, from an attack by the Chitauri.
"Tea?" Strange asked Thor and me.
In the blink of an eye, two cups of what made me think of green tea appeared in front of us. I nodded and picked up one of the cups. Thor took the other one.
