Shady SCREAMS! Reflexes take over and she kicks Lia's head, sending it flying off his body and into Alan's arms.*

LIA: *Cheery, to Kristoff*Hi!

ALAN: You're creepy.

*Alan tosses the head back to Shady and they commence a game of hot potato.*

SHADY: I don't want it!

ALAN: Backatchya!

LIA: Please don't drop me.

SHADY: Don't!

ALAN: Come on, it's just a head.

SHADY: No!

*Lia's body runs at Shady, arms waving.*

LIA: All right, we got off to a bad start.

SHADY: Ew, ew, the body!

*Shady slams Lia's head back on the body, upside down. Lia smiles happily, then looks confused.*

LIA: Wait, what am I looking at right now? Why are you hanging off the earth like a bat?

SHADY: *sympathetic* ...Okay. Wait one second.

*Shady kneels in front of Lia and rights her head.*

LIA: Oooh! Thank you!

SHADY: You're welcome.

LIA: Now I'm perfect.

*Shay looks over Lia's innocent face, gets an idea.*

SHADY: Well, almost.

*She digs into Alan's satchel, holds up a carrot just as Lia turns toward her. The carrot accidentally slams all the way through her head.*

LIA: Woo! Head rush!

SHADY: Oh! Too hard. I'm sorry! I-I, I was just.... Are you okay?

*Lia sees a tiny piece of carrot sticking out between her eyes. She lights up.*

LIA: Are you kidding me? I am wonderful! I've always wanted a nose. *going cross-eyed to look at her tiny nose* So cute. It's like a little baby unicorn.

*Shady reaches behind Lia to the bulk of the carrot sticking out the back of her head, and pushes it forward.*

LIA: What? Hey! Whoa. *seeing her now big nose* Oh, I love it even more! Hah.... All right, let's start this thing over. Hi everyone. I'm Lia. And I like warm hugs.

*Lia opens his arms wide to Shady. That triggers a memory. It takes her a moment to place it, but then she does.*

SHADY: Lia?...That's right, Lia.

LIA: ...And you are?

SHADY: Oh, um...I'm Shady.

LIA:  And who's the funky-looking donkey over there?

SHADY: That's Sven.

LIA: Uh-huh. And who's the reindeer?

SHADY:  ...Sven.

*Lia looks from Alan to Sven, confused.*

LIA: Oh. They're--oh, okay.... *accepting it* Makes things easier for me.

*Sven tries to bite Lia's nose.*

LIA: Ha. Aw, look at him tryin' to kiss my nose. *gushes* I like you, too!

SHADY: Lia, did Hawk build you?

LIA: Yeah. Why?

*Curious, Alan takes one of Lia's twig arms off, studies it. It seems to be moving in sync with her other arm.*

SHADY: Do you know where she is?

ALAN: *studying the arm* Fascinating...

LIA: Yeah. Why?

SHADY: Do you think you could show us the way?

LIA: Yeah. Why?

ALAN: *bending the arm* How does this work?

*Lia's dismembered arm slaps Alan across the face.*

LIA:  Stop it, Sven. Trying to focus here. *to Anna* Yeah, why?

ALAN: I'll tell you why. We need Hawk to bring back summer.

LIA: *shocked* Summer? *sinking into wistfulness* Oh, I don't know why but I've always loved the idea of summer, and sun, and all things hot.

ALAN: Really? I'm guessing you don't have much experience with heat.

LIA: Nope. But sometimes I like to close my eyes and imagine what it'd be like when summer does come.
