Born on the Destiny Islands, Y/n led a peaceful life. He had no stress, no problems, and plenty of his favorite things: Sun, music, and friends. Almost all the time, he can be found on the islands, playing music in the sun with his three best friend...
Y/n ran through the forest, sprinting past Heartless that gave him strange looks as he ran past them.
"Chirithy!" Y/n yelled with a panic voice, "Is it still following us?!"
The small, furry creature sat on his shoulder, turned to behind him and scanning the darkness of the trees. It turned to Y/n and grabbed his head, steadying himself.
"No, it seems like it's gone now," Chirithy answered, "You can slow down."
Y/n stopped in a large clearing, placing his hands on his knees and letting out panting breathes. Chirithy jumped off his back and landed in front of him, looking up as his partner.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm good," Y/n replied, his breathing slowly returning to normal, "Let's keep going. If that thing catches up with us, I don't want to be this far away from other keyblade wielders."
"Of course," Chirity agreed, "Ephemer and Skuld should be waiting for us not far from here."
"Alright, let's-"
Just then, the world around them began to shake and rattle. Tree branches shook and pebbles began to vibrate and jump. Chirithy leapt back up Y/n's shoulder, as he began to search the area around them.
"Not following us, huh?" Y/n repeated.
"I was certain he was gone." Chirithy answered, shrugging.
"I wish you would stop saying things with complete certainty," Y/n groaned, "It always jinxes us."
The shaking got worse and worse, as a massive shadow appeared in the trees. It suddenly leapt out of the shadows, revealing a massive Heartless.

It was slightly taller than Y/n himself, and it was crouched as if ready to pounce. Y/n held his hand out to the side, and a keyblade appeared out of thin air.

"Alright then," Y/n said, "I'll have to put the Eclipse End to good use!"
The Heartless leapt into the air, pouncing toward the young keyblade wielder. Y/n raised his keyblade up and created a barrier around himself, blocking the beast's massive fangs. He then swung his keyblade horizontally, smacking the Heartless and sending it flying.
As the beast landed, it was struck by a ball of flame.
"Firaga!" Y/n yelled, launching the flaming magic once again, "Firaga!"
The second ball of flames landed next to the beast and exploded, sending the Heartless flying into a tree.
Even as the bark of the tree cracked and the tree began to creek and groan, the beast managed to get up and turn to Y/n. Letting out a roar, it charged towards him with fangs and claws bared.
Y/n reeled back and threw his keyblade, the Eclipse End, towards the beast. It flew under it's stomach and behind it, as Y/n ran towards it.
As Y/n and the beast got closer and closer, Y/n jumped into the air and planted his foot on it's face. He used the foothold to launch himself upwards and beyond the beast, while forcing it downwards.
Y/n landed and rolled on the ground, landing next to his keyblade. He grabbed it and turned around, quickly throwing the keyblade towards the beast. It stabbed into the side of the beast, impaling itself in its hide.
Y/n jumped up and launched toward the Heartless, planting his feet on the handle of his keyblade and pushing it through.
The Heartless disappeared, and Y/n landed on his back where it once had been. He laid there for a second, as Chirithy came up beside him.
"Ephemer and Skuld are waiting for you up ahead," Chirithy replied, "You shouldn't keep them waiting."
