Last Time...

He'll see what he can do.

With Saiki (Limited)

When Saiki looked at the clock to his right it was already 5:45 in the morning, and he didn't have even a wink of sleep to go with it.

Muttering to himself, Saiki ripped the clean sheets off the bed and threw it onto the floor, where the mice scattered. 'Hey watch it,' one squeaked as it shimmied its way through the covers, it looked up at Saiki who only stared down at him, the mouse turned to stone.

Saiki touched his face, his glasses weren't there.

'Crap'

He moved around the room feeling for anything, but he couldn't find his glasses, but he did find a sticky note in its place next to Saiki.

Even though it was a little difficult to read Saiki go the point (Plus Saiki now understood where his brother got his "love" of "games" from) Though Saiki didn't want to argue, he had grown attached to his pair of green-tinted glasses.

Saiki thew the paper behind him and got the rusty room keys, leaving the room he kept his head down.

"You finally leaving this shithole?" the man behind the counter slurred, and Saiki shook his head, "Oh," the man fell off his chair in a drunken haze, "You actually like this dump? Oh well, more money for me," he shrugged, Saiki keeping his head down still.

"Oh yeah!" The man hollered, cupping his palms around his mouth, "We don't do room service here, clean up your own shit!" Saiki nodded downwards, he didn't want that filthy excuse of a human going near him anyway.

Saiki walked with caution to the retirement home, his head tilted downwards, as people stepped away from him, thinking he was sort of gang member.

Though it did help Saiki a little that no one even looked at him, and avoided eye contact.

When Saiki got to the retirement home at 7 o'clock sharp as asked, he wasn't surprised that the uprising was still intact. "We will rise! Like the sun, we will rise!" The elders chanted together, canes over their shoulders.

"Kusuo!" His grandmother called, Saiki didn't fully look up but he saw his grandmother's sandals, "Oh look up! You won't affect me! Or is my beauty too much for you?" Saiki looked up, he could still see his grandmother in more shades than gray stone.

"Now, to train you." she stretched and cracked her arms. "You have to take control of your power, not the power to control you!" she semi-scolded. "If you believe that you won't stone someone than you won't, simple."

'That doesn't sound right...'

"And the best way to train you is by taking you out to the public..." Saiki nodded, it should be simple, "Without me," his grandmother added, Saiki nodded again, it would be a little harder but he should still do fine.

"And with your friends!" she clapped her hands together, '...what?' his grandmother nodded, "Yes, I brought a few young men and ladies to come, I said it would fun since you've been working so hard," she faked a frown and her voice fakely saddened.

"And if you plan on ditching them..." she spoke and took out his glasses, "Snappity-snap-snap goes your glasses...good luck Ku-boy, go get lit!" she smiled an old-lady smile.

"Oh, they're almost here!" she squealed like a schoolgirl at Saiki's discomfort at her slang, "Places everyone! Places! Rodger! Get that rabbit out of your as-you know what? I'm not even gonna try," she yelled and clapped her hands loudly and repeatedly.

And that was all she had to say before the old men and women chatting, "Like the sun! We rise!" threw the canes off their shoulders and placed it on the ground shakingly, and walked around a few groaned, and they were hella-good actors at it too.

The few running around found a seat and began playing chess or checkers, others just sat down and did nothing as if they were dying.

Grandma Saiki was the best one-off all in the act, as she got a new cane then from the day before, and crooked her back. "Now..." her voice was shaky, "Do as I...tell you... and you'll be" she began to cough loudly when the door entering the retirement home opened and closed.

"Fine..." she croaked and looked behind Saiki. Shoving him to the side as she with her cane walked to the door where stood, Teruhashi, Nendou, Kaidou, and Kuboyasu.

"Oh thank you for coming..." Kiyo said, "Kusuo has been working very hard, and he needs a break. Go have fun," she pushed them out the door with Saiki with them. 'Bitchin' since before the 60's' his grandma said from her telepathy.

Saiki groaned, "Wow partner-- you're eyes are purple!" Nendou got close to Saiki who only pushed his face away, Saiki repeated in his head 'Don't turn him to stone, don't turn him to stone,'

Teruhashi agreed, "Yeah... y-your eyes are r-r-re-really puh-puh-pretty, S-Saiki-Kuh-Ku--un are you wah-wah-wearing contacts?" she asked, Saiki's power already being to set in on her, (Read the manga for a more and detailed description about his powers)

"With that blank stare Partner, you could turn people to stone!" Nendou commented as he waved his hand in front of Saiki's face while making stupid faces.

'Trust me, I know,'

"Let's go to the beach!" Kaidou popped up out of nowhere, "Oh that's a great idea!" Teruhashi cheered happily, 'I'll see Saiki with his shirt off!' she was already beginning to drool, though cleaned her face when Saiki was staring at her.

"Not a bad idea Shun," Kuboyasu agreed. "We were asked to pack a swimsuit when we were brought here, guess it came in handy,"

"Partner? Do you have one?" Nendou asked, and Saiki shook his head. "I prefer to stay on land," he fixed his disheveled tie, to center it.

"Saiki is turning all business-y and stuff, and buff too..." Kaidou whispered to his best friend, "Yeah, I'm beginning to get afraid of him," Kuboyasu whispered back.

"We are his friends so he won't hurt us..." Kaidou tries to reason with himself as he and Kuboyasu looked at Saiki who's muscles seemed to grow from the last time they had seen him.

"We'll see if he really turned buff," Kuboyasu said and walked up to the group while being pulled back by Kaidou.

"Nonsense Saiki! We're going to the beach, let's buy you a swimsuit!" he pulled on Saiki while Nendou and Kaidou forced him to a shop, Teruhashi's nose was already bleeding.
