Ashley and me walk towards the studio I'm meeting with the band today, my nervousness being more than obvious. Earlier she had to prevent me from walking straight against a streetlamp - it wouldn't have been the first time I walked against one - and even now she cautiously looks where I am going. 

Gio and I agreed that we'll tell media all about our engagement after telling our family and friends. We already told our parents and, fair to say, they were all so happy that it was just adorable. They already have been asking us questions about the location, the wedding itself (including the wedding dress) and things like that. It was simply adorable and great to share these talks with them.

I still can't believe I'm actually getting married... to Gio. The man I love so much. No I shouldn't keep thinking now or I'll burst into tears again.

Giovanni already told those of his dance mates who weren't at the show and despite some of them don't even know me, they're so happy for us too. And while he's busy with rehearsals for a new dance show now, I decided to meet with the band as it's a day-off from the musical. I also decided that Ashley should come with me, after all she basically declared herself to help me planning a party - to which the band will be invited now too. Seems busy but it's actually just great.

As we both walk into the studio, we're already welcomed by the band talking - smiling upon seeing us. "Hello!" Claire greets us. "Oh and hello Ashley. Nice to see you again! Did our Faye allowed you a sneak-peak of band rehearsals?" 

"Seems likely!" she says purely excited. "Do your band meeting and don't mind me. I'm just here to watch you."

"Okay, enjoy then." H laughs. "Now that you're here, I would like to ask you something. Do you want to be a dancer in one of our music videos? After all you can dance and- oh, sorry. Shouldn't say it like that, it was just a joke though."

"Nevermind." Ashley laughs. "But actually I'm here to- well, we are here to- we want to invite you to a party. Don't we, Faye?" she explains.

"Yes!" I burst out happily, my voice getting high-pitched mid-sentence. Okay... that was odd. "Like, a party for, well, at the dance show where Giovanni is performing he- he said that- I mean he- oh, I'm so excited! We're getting-" I say, almost crying again.

"Did he said something mean?" Claire asks upon seeing the tears. Her usual manner shows again as she looks at Ashley and me confused. 

"No!" I exclaim happily. The others look even more confused now and I decide not to tease them and instead reveal our engagement. "Okay, I will tell you." I say, reminding myself to stay calm. "Gio and I are engaged!"

"What?" Lisa exclaims before making her way towards me, taking me into her arms which almost makes us stumble. "Oh my gosh, Fluff! Congratulations! This is so cute! Like, you're just such a cute couple! Guys, she's engaged! She's going to get married!"

Upon looking at Claire now, I see that there are small tears in her eyes as well - happy tears of course. "Oh Fluffy, I'm so happy for you!" she cries, taking me into her arms as well. By now all of us girls are crying, especially Claire and me.

"Hey, don't cry!" I laugh, which reminds me of what Giovanni told me when I was equally emotional about our engagement. 

"But it's so cute! I'm so happy for you, Faye." Claire says. "So happy. You deserve to be happy... and Gio is a good guy. Your marriage will be a good one."

I giggle slightly before H suddenly lifts me up like a trophy. "Our Fluff is engaged!" he shouts happily, placing me down again. "Seriously Faye, I'm so freaking happy for you. We all had our doubts about Gio but- but he's really a good guy. He cares for you... he's better than all of your previous boyfriends together. And now he's your husband-to-be."
