Lisa Pov-

I heard the whole team cheering on Weiss as I was just giving a "Woohoo" in a boring monotone sound. I then heard Ruby again as she cheered for Weiss.

Ruby: Yeah, represent Teeeeam RWBY!"

Weiss Schnee : Ruby! I'm trying to focus!

Ruby: Oh, um... Sorry...

Lisa: Hmmm....

Port:  Allllright! Let the match... begin!

The professor swings down and breaks the lock, dropping the cage door and revealing the Boarbatusk inside, which immediately charges at Weiss. She uses Myrtenaster to deflect its attack and roll to the side, readying herself for its next move. The Grimm stands a distance away from its enemy, studying her.

Port: Ha-ha! Wasn't expecting that, were you?

Ruby: Hang in there, Weiss!

Weiss is now speeding towards the oncoming Boarbatusk, sticking her blade straight at its skull until they meet and Myrtenaster is trapped in the beast's tusks. Weiss is still hanging on to the hilt, and is tossed around as she struggles to get the rapier back.

Port: Bold, new approach. I like it!

Ruby: Come on, Weiss, show it who's boss!

Weiss turns to glare at Ruby, only for the Boarbatusk to turn its head and rip the sword from her grip. Myrtenaster lands far away from Weiss, who is knocked back by the creature's tusks. I look in disappointment as I lay my head on my hand.

Port: Oh-ho! Now what will you do without your weapon?

Weiss looks up just in time to see the Boarbatusk charge again, rolling out of the way just in time to avoid getting trampled and make it crash into a desk. Weiss rushes at her sword and slides to get it back in her hand.

Ruby: Weiss! Go for its belly! There's no armor underneath-

Weiss: Stop telling me what to do!

Ruby looks hurt at Weiss yelling at her as I continue to watch getting a little board. Meanwhile, the Boarbatusk leaps into the air and rolls into a ball, spinning rapidly in the air and landing on the ground, consistently gaining speed until it launches itself at Weiss. It comes closer and closer, but Weiss activates one of her blue-white circles and blocks the roll, leaping up into the now-black snowflake symbol and turning it blue again so she can drive the blade into the Boarbatusk's stomach. It squeals and falls silent while Weiss gasps in relief.

Port: Bravo! Bra-vo! It appears we are indeed in the presence of a true Huntress-in-training!Sadly I'm afraid that's all the time we have for today. Be sure to cover the assigned readings, and... stay vigilant! Class dismissed!

I see Weiss leave the classroom angrily as I make my way out. I then see Ruby run past me not noticing me calling Weiss to slow down.

Ruby: Weiss!

Weiss: What?

Ruby: What's wrong with you? Why are you being-?

Weiss: What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you? You're supposed to be a leader, and all you've been so far is a nuisance!

I heard Ruby scoff looking kind of upset.

Ruby: What did I do?

Weiss: That's just it - you've done nothing to earn your position! Back in the forest, you acted like a child, and you've only continued to do so! Plus to top it off we have a actual ten year old child that acts more mature then you!

Lisa: Oh yeah things are looking spicy.

Ruby: Weiss, where is this coming from? What happened to all the talk about 'working together'? I thought you believed in acting as a team.

Weiss: Not a team led by you. I've studied and trained. And quite frankly, I deserve better.

She turns her back to Ruby, trying to reach out but dropping her hand with the following words from Weiss.

Weiss: Ozpin made a mistake.

Weiss walks away as Ruby looks dejected. As satisfying as that looked I decided to leave and go my own way.

Timeskip-

I sat at a random balcony that I found and decided to watch the sunset.

Lisa: Heh.....This is probably the best view I've seen in such a long time.

I then hear footsteps and look to see Weiss behind me. She looked mad as she stormed to me.

Weiss: Where have you been! You haven't been in any of the classes with us!

Lisa: I was, you just didn't find me..

Weiss just huffed and was about to leave but I stopped her.

Lisa: Please sit with me. It's not everyday you see a view like this...

She looks at he and sighs as she looks at the sunset with me. Then I asked her something.

Lisa: So what's wrong you seem angry at something other then me coming to class.

She looks at me and sighs as she looks at the sunset.

Weiss: Well you see I think I should have been team leader and not Ruby.

Lisa: You probably could have been the leader of the team.....

Weiss: Thank-

Lisa: But...

I interrupted her as she looked at me.

Lisa: You have yet to give Ruby a chance sure yes she acts like a child but it's only been a day. We can't really say she's a bad leader because of that. So instead of getting mad about it try and focus on being the best teammate you can be.

Weiss looked at me with surprise and smiled.

Weiss: You know for a 10 year old your quite mature for your age. I think you could have been a great team leader.

I look at her but then looked at the setting sun. I opened my palm and saw a butterfly land on my palm.

Lisa: I could never be a leader. I lack something that all leaders need.

Weiss: And what is it you lack?

I quickly crushed the butterfly with my hand as their was and audible crunch. Weiss jumped a little from the sound as I loosen my hand as dust came out of my hand.

Lisa: I lack empathy.....

I stand up and leave Weiss their giving her time to think as I went back to the room and decided to play on my scroll.
