Chapter 29

Ruby POV-

I woke up to see mass panic everywhere and Grimm flooding the streets. I got up and pick up my scythe. I look around and try to find the others but couldn't find them as I ran to find the others while killing as many Grimm at the same time. I couldn't get the feeling that An might be in danger she's probably going to be fine but.........No she'll be fine. She can definitely take care of herself in this situation.

Ruby(Thoughts): Stay safe until I get to you An.

Lisa Pov-

Lisa(Thoughts): Jesus why did I have to save her ass!

I walked around the city to see some rubble here and their and some people screaming. I stretched my back as I could still feel the pain from protecting Ruby from the crash with my small body. I sigh and see a Grimm coming from behind me. I quickly took out my knife and ducked under its swipe of its claws and pushed my knife in its chest. It soon turned to dust as I continued to walk around looking for anyone. I sigh to myself as I thought back to the crash. What the hell was I thinking saving her like that. Don't tell me I still care about them. That good for nothing sister that's done nothing for me but take everything I had! What the hell is wrong with me!

I continue to angrily walk down the street as I let the Entity's power spew out not caring who was around. I then suddenly stop as I realize something.

Lisa: Why don't I hate Yang like I do Ruby....or any of my other family members.

I stop to think about it as I got my control back of the Entity's power. I then suddenly heard someone scream my name. I look back to see Susie standing their leaning on a wall.

Lisa: Susie!

I say with happiness as I run to her about to hug her but then I stopped to see her holding her stomach.

Lisa: What's wrong your looking kind of pale...

I look and notice her bleeding. My eyes go wide as I look at her.

Lisa: Oh I see.......

Normally this kind of wound would not be fatal if you had an aura but she doesn't have one. By the look of it even if I got her any help or patched her up myself she's lost to much blood.  She starts to slouch over as I catch and drag her into an alleyway.

Susie: Well I guess my time is up huh.....

Lisa: Yeah I guess you'll just go back to the Entity realm and go back to doing trails.

Susie:......

She sat their silently as I looked at a wall in front of me.

Susie: Hey you mind helping me take my mask off it's kind of stuffy....

Lisa: Sure.

I took off her mask as I saw her face she was pale and smiled at me while I smiled back.

Susie: Hey you mind taking your mask off to I wanna see your face.

I was confused but just did it since I won't be seeing her anymore.

Susie: You know I've had a good time spending time with you and the others....

Lisa: Geez you make it sound like your actually dying. Well technically you are but you'll just go right back to the trials and Ill just meet you their when I kill my sister.

Susie: You didn't kill her yet.....?

Lisa: Sadly no before I could stab her heart the train crashed so I couldn't kill her.

Their was another awkward moment of silence as I looked at Susie she just had that smile on her face as she looked at me.

Lisa: What? Is their something wrong with my face?

Susie: Remember the time we all first met each other. We found you in the snow cold and passed out. After we brought you in we let you join in our rebel group and you always had very pretty silver eyes.

Lisa: You thought my eyes were pretty? I always thought they made me look bad...

She just smiled and looked at the sky having a smile on her.

Susie: Hey Lisa.....live your best life okay.

Lisa: Jeez where's all this coming from I told you that you'll just go back to the trials and you'll be fine I promise.

Susie: Yeah......yeah okay little girl.

Lisa: Stop calling me that!

Susie had a little laugh as I smiled at her I close my eyes and take a deep breath and look back at her.

Lisa: Hey Su-

She wasn't their anymore she was gone only thing that remained was her mask.

Lisa: Couldn't stay with me a little longer huh....

This feels familiar....it feels like she's truly gone but I know she just returned to the trials........right.....

Lisa: Right....

I got up and picked up my mask off the ground and put it on and picked up Susies and put it inside my jacket. I got out the alleyway and made my way back where I left Ruby. When I got their everything seems to have been resolved already.

Ruby: Hey An!

I look to see Ruby and the group waiting for me as I just waved back at them. I didn't think about anything right now. Right now I'm just tired.

Yang: Hey where have you been we were just about to go look for you again.

Lisa:.......

Weiss: Hey An you doing okay?

Lisa:....Yeah I'm fine just a little tired is all. Let's go back to Beacon shall we.

I continue to walk ahead as I didn't care if they followed or not.

Timeskip-

I was back at the dorm as I went inside the bathroom and locked it. I slid down the door as I took a deep breath. I then remembered what Susie said to me as I got up.

Susie: You have really pretty eyes....

I looked at the mirror as I saw my reflection with my mask on. I took off my mask as I looked in the mirror. I almost looked like a copy of my sister except I was younger looking then she was. I looked at both my eyes in the reflection. I always thought my eyes were ugly, inferior in some way to my sister because of how my family never really looked me in the eyes before.

Now that I look at them and had time to think to myself I can finally see that...

Lisa: Their pretty.....

Author: So I think I'm going to take a long break.......sorry Lisa.....

Lisa: Why are you apologizing to me I already know your useless.

Author: L-Lisa how could you.....

Author starts to cry in a corner while West pats his back.

West:It's okay your moderately useful....Right Cako...

Author looks at Cako with watery eyes as Cako just looks away.

Cako: Yeah......Yeah whatever flesh bag.....

Author: So mean!!!

The Author continued to sulk in a corner while Lisa can be seen laughing softly at the Authors sadness.

Lisa(Whisper): Your alright......have a good rest......
