Chapter 22

Lisa Pov-

I sat in a corner as the dance was going on. I actually had to do my weekly today. Luckily I killed two people last week so that's a win for me......hopefully. I don't know what will happen if I don't do my weekly every week hopefully what I did last week will appease the Entity. I sigh as I look around the room seeing the people dance and have a good time while I stood in a corner feeling comfortable here. I then see someone come to my direction and see Yang in front of me.

Yang: Hey An nice um....tuxedo.

Lisa: Thanks...

Yes I wore a tuxedo instead of a dress because I hate heels to the depths of my soul. Although I hate Ruby more. I then see Weiss come to my direction as she noticed the outfit that I had as she scolded me.

Weiss: Why are you wearing that? What happened to the dress I gave you to wear.

Lisa: Gone, reduced to atoms.

I can see her eye twitch in rage but calmed down as she looked at me.

Weiss: Well could you at least take off the mask. Please.

Lisa: No.

Yang: Aw come on An you always wear that mask do you ever take it off.

Lisa: No.

They both gave a sigh meaning they gave up as Yang put on a smile.

Yang: Well at least your letting your hair out. It looks like Rubys but longer.

Lisa(Thoughts): I should really cut this off before they realize.

Soon they left leaving me back in my corner but I kind of wanted to dance with them but.......I don't know how to dance. I was a little embarrassed to go up their and attempt. I stood their as it felt like I was getting hotter.

Lisa: Dammit why is it so hot...

I go over to get some punch to help cool me down a little which kind of helped but I still felt like I was heating up but it wasn't bad. I then see Yang again next to me holding her hand out to me.

Yang: May I have this dance Miss An.

I just took her hand as she pulled my hand as we started dancing trying to figure out how to do the movements for the rhythm.

Yang: Just follow my movements okay.

I nod as I matched her footing copying her.

Yang: Hey now your getting it!

I then start to laugh at how fun this was but then she stopped and looked at me shocked.

Lisa(Thoughts): Did I do something wrong. Maybe I should just leave.

Yang: Hey that's the first time I actually heard you laugh.

She had a big smile on her face as I realize that she was right I only gave a chuckle here and their when something stupid happened but I actually laughed.

Lisa: Yeah I guess I did.

I had a small smile on my face as I got to hang out with my big sister one on one without Ruby around. I then remember Ruby, where was she? I soon depart from Yang as I get another punch to help cool down as I chugged the whole thing, but for some reason the heat didn't go away as I felt myself getting hotter. I wipe my forehead noticing sweat forming.

Lisa: Why is it so hot dammit?

I then placed my jacket on a chair trying to cool off as it felt a little cooler as it helped a little. I then decided to continue trying to have a good time trying to ignore how hot I was.

Timeskip-

I sat on top of a balcony looking over the dance as I see everyone having a good time. I was also standing next to Yang and Ruby as they were talking to each other. I also saw how Jaune was dressed in a dress as I chuckle a little at how funny he looked. Soon the heat came back as I started to sweat again. I then heard Yang say something as she looked at me worried.

Yang: Hey An are you doing okay your not looking so good.

Lisa: I'm fine I think I'm going back to the room for tonight.

Yang: Hey I'll take you back...

Lisa: No......I'll be fine.

Something was wrong I needed to leave before something happened as I rushed out of the ball room. Every time I got closer to the room I felt like I was going to explode. My body felt like it was boiling as I felt like I was on fire. I soon got to the room and went to the bathroom. I then had the urge to vomit as I threw my mask away and went to the toilet and spewed out some glowing orange liquid. I was breathing super heavily as I kept vomiting out the liquid. I then looked at the mirror to see the liquid coming out of my eyes and mouth as the burning feeling kept getting hotter and hotter as I vomited more of the liquid. I screamed in pain at how painful it felt.

Lisa: What.....is happening....to......me!!

I then vomit again as I soon passed out as darkness consumed me.

Lisa: Where am I?

I got up and started walking around the darkness when suddenly I felt something behind me as I turn around to see the one and only Entity creeping his way over here as his claws came closer.

Entity: My young servant how do you feel.

Lisa: I feel like I'm burning...

The Entity seemed to laugh as I looked at it angry wanting to know what it did to me.

Entity: Your mind will be mine my servant and mine alone.

Lisa: What do you-

Before I could say anything else I woke up back in the bathroom seeing the mess I made with this orange liquid spewed all over the place.

Lisa: Great now I have to clean this up...

I then get the mop and and some other cleaning supplies to clean up before the others got here.

Lisa: What did the Entity do to me?...

Lisa(Thoughts): Note to self never skip weekly killing.
