As soon as he signed the papers she took them from him and went to her room. She calmed herself saying "you are doing this for your family Adya."
She again went to Ruhaan's room after an hour with papers .He opened the door half and asked" Do you need anything?" She pushed him to enter in the room.He was preparing to face her as it will take a lot of strength to hurt her. He knows he has already hurt her and may be he has lost her baby girl for forever. What he thought may be has turned upon him?
"Lost in your thoughts"she said.
"Why are you here? What do you want? Have you forgotten something?"he asked sternly.
"Ooo slow down man ,so many questions at one time.Breath Mr. Chaudhari"Adya said sarcastically.
"Listen Adyy..."he was saying when she cut him off and said"You listen to me
Mr. Ruhaan Chaudhari,no need to shout"
she said making him shut his mouth.
"Ok, what do you need?"he said acting that he is calming himself but he was scared of her, he knew that Adya is an angry bird but didn't know that she is so hard.
"Impressive"he said mumbling to himself but Adya didn't pay any heed .
"First, I haven't forgotten anything Mr. Chaudhari but I do forgot one advice a year ago that my dad gave me to not trust anybody easily.
Second,If I would need anything and you would be the last person on earth even then I will not take anything from you. I will prefer dying rather then taking a favour from you." she said.
Her words were like daggers to him and making himself strong he said to her "If you do not want me to do what I said yesterday then don't waste my time and accept the offer."
She came there with a lot of strength but remembering yesterday broke her into pieces.
"I accept your offer"she said.
"Oo really ,good decision"he said.
"Why did you do this Ruhaan?"she asked and tears formed in her eyes. He couldn't see her crying so he faced other side and said" You can join after fifteen days, now leave, I have to go somewhere."
"Before going ,I think you do want to see these papers"she said putting some papers in front of him and taking a seat on the sofa.
"What are these?"he asked with a confusion on his face.
"Oooo Mr. Chaudhari you tricked me, I tricked you too"she said wickedly.
"What do you mean?"he asked.
"Very eager, these are the papers you signed a while ago not very impressive of you"she said.
"What is written in these?"he said while picking up the papers but she took it from his hand.
"You are very eager to know umm.. "she said .
"What are these papers Adya?"he said.
"Why are you loosing your cool ?"she said smiling.
"You remember your cousin qbrother gave you power of attorney of his business and property papers as there were some legal issues and he was going out of India for some business."she said.
"Yes"he said not understanding anything.
"Then you also remember that you couriered them to me as you were going on camp and you didn't trust anyone"she said.
"Yes but what does this have to do with this situation"he asked with a confusion in his voice.
"So, Mr. Chaudhari this paper is showing that you have sold that property to me and your brother is bankrupt now"she said.
He was in total shock before he could say anything she said"This is one thing."
"Another one is..."he asked with a expressionless face.
"This is Old Age Home form which has your signature and your parents name on it"she said.
He couldn't not believe on his eyes and ears and was in his world of thoughts when she brought him back saying"You will regret the day you met me Ruhaan Chaudhari, you think you know me but you have just seen my good side."
"Don't drag my family in it Adya"he said angrily.
"Oo please, you started it I am just giving a finishing touch to it"she said.
"Delete all those pictures and burn the printed photographs"she said.
"Adya I have already deleted them and burned the printed ones"he said with a softness.
"Why do I trust you?"she said harshly.
His heart was torn apart.
"I swear on my game, I will stop playing if I am lying"he said. Her expression softened.
"Adya, you can keep the papers that I gave you but please tear this and the old age home form"he requested.
"Ok, I will not claim on your brother's property but I will not destroy these papers,I want them for my family's safety, In return I can destroy the Old Age Home form"she said tearing the form.
"Ok"he said.
"Mr. Chaudhari my family should not know that I am working for you"she said.
He nodded.She turned towards the door when he said"Adya you can join after fifteen days."
"No, Mr. Chaudhari I will join within a week"she said.
"Will you be able to lie Adya?"he asked.
"It's none of your business Mr. Chaudhari"she said and turned towards the door but something came in her mind and turned towards Ruhaan to say something.
"Yes, one more thing Mr. Chaudhari we don't know each other personally so please keep it professional"she said.
"What are you saying Adya and first stop calling me this Mr. Chaudhari again and again "he said with mixed emotions.
"You stop calling me Adya,Mr.Chaudhari.
We are no friends that you will call me by my name. I am your employ and you are just my boss Mr. Chaudhari, so it is
Ms. Singh for you"she said angrily and stormed out of the room.
