Dream excessively
Let all the hopes soar
But don't forget
To leave open a door
Keep visions open-ended
Write only the framework
Of your story
If you coauthor with fate,
It'll be so much grander
Than anything you could spend
A lifetime authoring alone.
Plot twists are part of the story
As are princes and scoundrels
Highs and lows and struggles too
In a good, good story
When you leave life
Open-ended, you invite
The incredible
Realities to surpass your dreams
But they only fit through
An open door
So leave it all unfinished
Pause to fall asleep
And wake up to discover
What wonder
Is around the corner
