"Young Master," a eunuch stepped behind felix, keeping his head hanging low. "Emperor Wang wishes to meet you down at the dining hall."

Felix nodded and the eunuch went away without any delay. The blonde boy glanced outside the window, his eyes trailing the paths walked on by the palace guards, their footsteps leaving a trace and soon stepped upon by another group of soldiers. for a moment, Felix thought he'd catch a glimpse of his only brother. No, he's dead, he pondered.

Though he really wished minho wasn't.

With a last sigh, Felix pulled his royal coat and put it in himself. It was Minho's-before he went missing and Felix had to take over as the prince. He had no one to guide him but the council.

The council was cruel, Felix can tell. He was the ruler yet why were they the ones to tell him what to do? They were selfish, and fierce and he hated it. He wanted to take great care of his people, to give these children a better future and a lively childhood. He wanted to share what was his. "If only hyung is here."

He headed out from his room and walked gracefully down the halls-the same halls he used to play around with his brother, fight with each other and walked through together but now, he was alone. No one was there to ask if he'd done well in his study, or if he's alright, all that's left were memories. It was agonizing; to lose someone so dear out of the blue.

There are times when Felix would blame Bangchan because Minho was crazy about him and it might be the reason he ran away. He despised Bangchan of all the enemies he had, that rebel was the reason Felix lost his brother. If he's given the chance to kill him again, he would.

"Ah... here he is!" beamed Jackson Wang, China's emperor, as he settled his glass down on the table. "How are you?"

"Fine."

"I see... well, you know, boy," the older stood up gently, his robe made of silk shining as it slid through the rays of sun inside the dining hall. His eyes wandered at the paintings on the wall as he tugged the corners of his lips upward. Felix saw the mischievous look on the emperor's face and grimaced. "I have some important matters to discuss with you."

"Finally, after staying here for almost a week you have decided to discuss that important matters."

"Oh, child, you know nothing about these things." Jackson chuckled, his voice ringing throughout the wide room. He moved forward to a painting, examining it with a mocking look. "Your brother?"

"Yes." stated Felix through gritted teeth.

"No, he's not," felix immediately glanced up at Jackson as the Chinese leader laughed. "You see? you don't know anything!"

"What are you talking about?!"

"Lee Minho is a commoner's son, he is nothing but a pest. he was never your brother-"

"You dare mock the royal family? it doesn't mean i am the only living member with my family's bloodline you can step on me and steal our land!" Felix thundered, his knuckles turning white from fisting it. "One word of mockery and i promise that you'll be-"

"The legendary leader of the rebels is your true brother, Lee Felix. Your father abandoned him even before he was born and your mother... oh, what a sweet girl-she was abandoned too!"

"That's enough, Emperor Wang!"

"Why? Because your father was a fool! He was a fool to believe that your mother slept with another man-he can never be king, Felix. Everyone despised him, he begged on his knees for me to help raising you and that Minho boy," the teasing voice Jackson had earlier was replaced with rage, concern and sincerity. Felix couldn't tell if he was lying or stating the truth. "There was a woman your father met at a prosti bar and already had a child. The king married her and let them live in the palace hence you met your known-brother."

"T-That's not true! Why would I believe in you if you said my father was a fool to believe such lies! It's like saying i am a fool too to believe in you-"

"The fact that your father loved a dirty woman and abandoned the only woman who loved him even with his bad temper disappoints me... Felix, this is the truth you must know. Everyone who brings this knowledge were prosecuted and sentenced to death hence no one knows about this secret, but I and now, you." Jackson stepped toward Felix and pulled him into a hug. "Don't worry, I will take good care of you so you'll do great things for the land... and your brother and mother will be proud of you."

Felix' world has turned upside down all so suddenly.
