Epilogue

Seungmin will rot in prison, Jackson's corpse wasn't buried but thrown in a secret lair where no one can ever enter and Seunghee's body was buried beside her brother's grave. The Oh siblings had brought honor to the family for helping as much as they could and Felix was grateful for it. Felix was the youngest ever to become the city's president. The war between the government and the rebels had finally cooled down thanks to him.

But what brought him to the conclusion was his brothers. Chan and Minho. The secret will never be out, it shall be kept until Felix' last breath.

And he shall protect everyone that had helped him realize the city was a place of abuse of any kind, may it be to children or to adults, merciless corrupt officials, and agony.

Hyunjin, Woojin, Changbin, Jisung and Jeongin were offered to live in the palace, but they refused—Hyunjin was the one to refuse actually, he didn't want to be reminded of the person who took Chan away from him, from them. Felix then instead gave them a whole house inside the city proper for them to live in, this was better. Now, they were able to live in peace. As one of the townspeople and never to hide anymore.

But everyone was still in deep sorrow, but have to fight on. They will have to live their whole lives trying to fill up the void Chan and Minho had left behind.

They buried their bodies together in a rose garden where their love will always bloom even after the heartbreaking end they have faced. The roses will represent their love for each other, and the thorns in it were the pain of the consequences of their forbidden love.

"Love will always conquer, no matter what," Hyunjin silently mumbled as he cried to himself.
