"Why are you all quiet?" Jisung as he walked by the dining table where the five oldest members are, eating their breakfast without any words. "Usually you would talk about the next plan or share your thoughts about it but right now, you're all-"

"I'm going to the post," Woojin stood up, chair screeching against the tiled floor. He grabbed his thick, leather coat and a pistol, he looked at the others and smiled. "I'll guard the house today." But before he could even reach the door, a small hand grabbed his large ones tightly. Woojin turned around to see Hyunjin's displeased face.

"I'll go with you," Hyunjin immediately went out before Woojin without any clothes to protect himself from the cold air outside. Chan thought about Hyunjin's strange behavior for the younger never tags along to the post. Maybe he's trying it out?

"What's wrong with that kid?" Woojin asked to himself and was handed a coat by Chan, he gave him a questioning look.

"He'll need that," Chan simply replied and went down at the basement where his lab was while Minho tailed behind. Woojin found the boy weird since he always follow wherever Chan goes, it's getting creepier the more he thinks about it. He shrugged off the thought, walking out of the house.

"Strange," Jisung mumbled, rubbing his nape lazily.

"You're stranger," Changbin said through the food that was in his mouth, chewing it diligently.

"Says the emo-kid."

"I love dark, what's the problem with that?"

Woojin tried to catch up with Hyunjin who was, hopefully, just at the post in front of the gates. He climbed up on the ladder but when he arrived, Hyunjin was nowhere to be found. "Where is he off to again?" He scratched his head and tried hard to look for a certain tall, light-brown haired boy, he really did but Woojin could see nothing else but dirt and trees surrounding the place.

He got down from the post and began his search by feet. His eyes went down on the ground, noticing the footsteps which were more than one person's. He's got a bad feeling about this thus he continued to spy around the area, hoping he would see anything to know where Hyunjin was.

As Woojin was quietly roaming around, a flock of birds flew across the sky which startled him. He looked up and almost cursed at the flying animals, that's when he didn't see the string his foot got stuck into. Then a bomb exploded, just behind the tree beside Woojin. He was about run but his foot was still tied up with the string, he tried to pull himself away before the gigantic tree crush him.

"Did you hear that?" Chan knitted his brows together as he carefully listened while Minho did the same as well. "I thought I heard a bomb," He sat down in front of a monitoring screen and checked it one by one. Minho saw the screen where Woojin was shown and he had to do something to not make Chan see it.

He spun Chan's chair and sat on his lap, trying his best not to look suspicious. Minho looked down, biting his lower lip as if he was getting shy in front of the green haired boy. He placed his hands on Chan's shoulders, still looking down while Chan was utterly confused towards the other's behavior. "Why?" Minho mumbled, almost whispering.

"What'd you say?"

"Why should we keep us a secret?" Minho thanked he was quick-witted or he would die from embarrassment. He bit the inside of his cheeks, his eyes finally made contact with Chan's soft blue orbs. "What now if they'd react negatively? Why do you care?"

"Minho, I told you-" Chan paused when the emergency alarm went off. He turned his head to look at the monitors and saw Woojin, struggling to pull himself away from the tree since his leg got crushed by it. Chan's brain went blank but his body reacted quicker, he pushed Minho gently away. "We need to get to Woojin hyung."

Chan rushed into the woods and saw the others already surrounding Woojin, he kneeled beside him and tried to pry off the heavy trunk. "Just cut my leg off," Woojin hissed in pain as he laid his head back onto the ground, his face drowned in sweat and dirt.

"Nobody's cutting anything, I'll get you out of there," Chan growled, ordering everyone to push the trunk away. Seungmin noticed the amount of blood Woojin lost and back away from the tree.

"Chan hyung, he'll faint when he bleeds too much! We have time-"

"Keep pushing!"

"His leg is more important to you than his life?"

"Slicing it off will affect him for the rest of his life, get to work," Chan pushed angrily, his feet slowly sinking down to the ground and the wound on his shoulders stung as he pressed his hands against the rough texture harder. The other members helped him push but no matter how hard they try, it's no use. Minho had enough watching them stupidly wasting their strengths on something that could be solved without it.

"We should just his leg off then I'll make an artificial one for him," He suggested but they were hesitating, what if he couldn't make it? What if this artificial foot he was saying will turn out a fail?

"Get me out of here, please," Woojin's voice cracked, the pain was too much for him to bear and his body lost too much blood too which made him feel dizzy. So dizzy that in any moment he'd pass out. He pleaded more as his eyes rolled at the back of his head, feeling lightheaded already.

Chan closes his eyes and sighed, he hoped Minho would be able to make Woojin walk again because he was going to slice the oldest's leg. "Changbin, get the saw," he ordered and Changbin immediately obeyed.

The day passed by quickly and Woojin was still unconscious but his leg was already replaced with another one, thanks to Minho's efforts. Hyunjin was still missing and Chan had no idea where he's at yet he got the feeling the people from the city had him and if they really do, Chan was going to kill every single one of them.

"Hyung," Jisung ran to the lab where Chan was. "Woojin hyung's awake."

They quickly got upstairs and into Woojin's room where everyone was already gathered. Chan stood beside the bed and observed Woojin's body condition. "Are you alright?" He asked, bending down to look at Woojin's leg and how neat it was made. He somehow felt proud with Minho, he was skilled after all.

"I'm fine but the question is," Woojin pointed at Chan's shoulders. "Are you okay? You're wound seemed to open up and started to bleed."

Chan patted his shoulder where the wound was and he hissed, his palm had traces of blood when he stared at it. "I'll be fine," he sighed and balled his fists, the idea of Hyunjin being helpless out there enraged him. "More importantly, where did Hyunjin run off to?"

Minho looked around, making sure no one was around to hear him. He took out his calling device, "Did you get him?" His voice was very low as he talked. "He heard me last night while I was calling you, get rid of him-wait."

He turned around to the house and smirked, "Keep him alive, he might become useful to my future plan."
