Betty's P.O.V

B-Yes I'll let him know. Yes, hmm, alright bye

I sighed when the called ended. Every since this morning, it's being chaos and running back and ford. I quickly stood up and headed towards the printers, needing to print out some information for the meeting that will happen in a hour.

Jughead was in his office, busy with more work that had accumulated since yesterday he didn't finish. Multiple papers were coming out of the printer. Some people were running back and ford, answering phone calls, getting ready for a lunch break. My lunch break was suppose to be 2 hours ago, but it didn't happen.

Once I heard the printer stop, I grabbed the pages and carefully snaked around the people, not wanting to bump into anyone. I pushed the elevator button and tapped my foot. I couldn't even look at my watch since I'm holding the stack of papers.

The elevator door opened and I walked in. I moved to the sides, saying 'excuse me' every now and then until I arrived to the meeting room, putting the stack of papers in the corner and sighed.

J-Hey

I jumped and turned to look at Jughead. He looked even more tired than I did. He had bag under his eyes. It showed even more since ester day he barely got any sleep.I gave him a soft smile before walking towards him. He immediately wrapped his arms around me and leaned in for a kiss.

B-Everything okay?

J-Yeah. Just need this meeting to be over and then will call it a night

B-But don't you have to...

J-Cancel them?

I looked at him and nodded my head. He had been stressed, and the next meetings were just updates, on sales. We stayed in each other's arms until the meeting began...

-

J-And that will be all for today. You can all leave

The guys in the room stood up, picked their belongings and left. Once everyone left, I walked to Jughead and sat on his lap, making him wrap his arms around my waist. He hid his head on my neck, kissing it along the way.

J-Lets get going so we can eat lunch. I heard from someone that you didn't eat at all today Betty

Even though he was tired, you can feel his serious vibe. I nodded my head before we stood up and grabbed our items, leaving the office.

When we arrived home, Jughead and I hoped on the shower. I left early though, laughing.

J-I swear to god Betty!

Guess he's getting a cold shower..

Hehe.

I changed into a pair of panties and one of Jughead's shirt that I found. He we out with a grumpy face making me laugh

J-I'm going to get you back Betty

B-Will see

He shook his head and changed before we went downstairs to eat. Afterward, I convinced Jughead to go to sleep. Even though it was early, he needed to sleep.

J-Stay with me?

I nodded my head and got under the covers with him, letting the sleep hit me as well...
