Part 12

Jughead's P.O.V

We currently had arrived at the venue. Everyone was here, and kept on congratulating us. It everything was going well until I was notified that the news reporters wanted to talk to us.

I sighed before telling them to wait. I first wanted to see if Betty wants to come as well, she probably will say no but who knows.

After a while of looking, I found her talking with her friend Toni. I walked towards them and Toni pointed at me, which made Betty turn around. She smiled at me.

B-Hey

J-Hey Betty, hey Toni

T-Hey

J-The media wants to talk to us

Betty sighed. She knew that this was probably going to happen. The wedding was kept as a family thing, but Betty's father decided to announce to the whole world.

B-Lets go and get it over with

She hugged Toni and then headed outside. We were immanently asked questions about how we are feeling, the future plans. I just answered a few and on how the companies will combine soon. 

After a few more pictures we headed back inside. Betty sighed before telling me she was going to the restroom. Afterwards, we ate and both of us talked to everyone who joined us.

DJ-Now. I would like the groom and bride to come to the dance floor.

I got up and headed towards the dance floor, where Betty was making her way. I put one of my hands on her waist, while the other one was on her shoulder. She did the same thing.

Betty's P.O.V

Jughead and I were now on our way home to grab our suitcases, and change. I was honestly nervous for the honeymoon. I wasn't ready to loose my virginity yet. After the dance was over, people began to come to the dance floor.

I stepped away from it and saw Archie with Veronica. I walked towards them and they turned to look at me

B-So how are you guys doing?

A-Were doing alright. Well, besides Veronica's hormones kicking in

V-Oh shush it Archie

I sat down and we began to catch up. Archie has been working more hard now since he has his first child on the way, and he wanted to make sure everything went well

A-I'm going to use the restroom

He gave a kiss to Veronica before leaving to find the restroom

V-So? You excited for your honeymoon?

B-Not really

Veronica had a confused face now

V-Is everything alright? Did he hurt you? I swear to god he will be dea...

B-No, no. It's just, well you know I'm a virgin, and I'm not ready to loose it

V-B. You know if your uncomfortable with anything, that he will understand right?

B-It's just, I don't want him to think that I'm just trying to not do the deed with him

V-He will understand. I'll threaten him if that makes you feel better?

B-Sometimes I wonder how we even became friends

We both laughed and Archie came back, asking what we talked about but we didn't answer. He gave us the suspicious look before wrapping his arms around Veronica.

People were now beginning to leave, and I was exhausted, just ready to leave. After a while, Jughead came and told  me that we were leaving now. We entered the limo, which took us to the house.

J-We will just change and then head to the airport alright?

I nodded my head before heading upstairs, letting my hair down and moaned a little, my hair was bugging me by the end of the night. I changed into a hoodie and sweatpants, before leaving the bathroom. Jughead wasn't in the room so I headed downstairs.

He was on his phone but looked up once I came

J-Ready?

I nodded my head before we left...
