Part 10

Jughead's P.O.V

It is the day before the wedding. I had asked Betty this morning if she wanted to spend the day together. If we are going to get married, we should at least know more about each other.

We do know a few things about each other, but not everything. Currently Betty was upstairs changing while I was looking through a few files and such so I can stop by and leave them at the office.

Afterwards, Betty and I left to drop off the files. Once that was over we decided to head to this small cafe. On the way there, we began talking about stuff and getting to know each other more.

Betty also told me that my mom said that she couldn't wait to have grandchildren. Oh my mother, all she thinks about is the grandkids that she wants to have so she can take care of them. 

When we arrived at the cafe, we decided to sit by a window at a corner. We then order what we wanted and began to talk.

Betty's P.O.V

This morning was spent well. After Jughead and I left the cafe, we went around and shopped at a few book stores and clothing shops.

We asked each other questions, but more in deep questions about each other. He then dropped me off at his parents house since I'll be staying there for the night.

Jellybean was excited to know that I will be staying there tonight. Jellybean and I were currently talking, and she was telling me about the kids in her school.

Jb-But the boys are ugly, no one cute. Anyways..... Are you excited for tomorrow?

B-I am Jellybean

Jb-I can't wait until you are wearing your dress! You are going to look like a princess!

I smiled at her comment, such a cute little girl. We then heard a knock

Jb-Magic word?

G-Unicorns

Jb-Okay! Come in

Glady's then entered

G-Now Jb, I thought we agreed no more magic words

Jb-But it's fun! It's like a code. Like a detective has when people want to come in his house!

G-Now that is not always the case. Dinner is ready.

Jb-Yay!

Jellybean and I got off from the floor and began to head down. Once we say down on the table, my phone buzzed. Can you guess who it is?

Veronica-Hey! Can't wait to see you tomorrow!

Betty-Can't wait to see you too. Everything going alright?

Veronica-Yes, the baby has gotten me emotional lately, so if you see me crying, blame my hormones

Betty-😂😂😂, anyways have to go now, bye

Veronica-Bye

I placed my phone down and said sorry for making them wait for me. Glady's said it was fine and we began to eat. We talked a little about what will be going on tomorrow and asked if I had any questions which I replied no to. When dinner was done, we headed upstairs.

I was suppose to sleep in a guest room, but Jellybean wanted me to sleep in her room saying how we could read stories to each other before going to sleep. Have a said she's such a cute little girl?

After changing into pajamas, we laid and began and then she read me a book first. I smiled at the memories I got when Polly used to read stories to me. My parents never did, they were always busy working and not really taking care of us.

I then read a story to her, which she fell asleep in the middle of the story. I checked my phone and saw a message
