Part 1

Betty's P.O.V

I was doing my usual and was bringing paperwork to my father. Today wasn't bad and was thankfully calm.

I was on my break at the moment and was talking with my best friend Veronica. She is married to Archie Andrews and found out she is pregnant a week ago.

B-So how's everything going with the baby?

V-It's going well expect for morning sickness. It's the worst thing ever

B-So when is the next appointment?

V-In 3 weeks. I'm just scared. I mean I'm I going to be a bad mother?

B-I'm going to be with you in ever step okay?

V-Really?

She had tears start to form. Pregnancy hormones.

B-Yes really V.

V-Thank you B! I don't deserve you!

She then came up to me and gave me a hug. I looked at the time at my phone and we cleaned our place and went back to work.

I headed to my fathers office since he called me

B-Yes sir?

Even though he is my father, I call him sir when we're at work since it's more professional.

H-Ah sweetie, close the door please

I closed the door and then took a seat. 

H-So make sure you don't have anything planned this afternoon, we will be having a visitor come visit okay?

B-Yes sir. Anything else?

H-No you may go back to work.

I finally arrived home. I went straight to use the shower. Once I was done I looked for something to wear.

I decided to wear a off the shoulders pink dress with flats since I didn't feel like wearing high heels.

I curled my hair and finished off by doing my makeup. I didn't put a lot just mascara, foundation and Chapstick.

A-Sweetie come down now the guest are about to arrive!

B-Coming mom!

I went downstairs and my sister was already here. I had my sister Polly and my brother Chic. Chic was currently on a business trip so he wasn't here with us.

I sat down and talked with Polly. We talked for a little longer when we heard the door.

Our maid went and opened it. We all stood up. My mom and dad went up to the man and woman and greeted them. Next to them was a little girl and a guy that looked around Polly's age.

H-Polly, Betty, this is Mr. and Mrs. Jones

We shook hands and greeted each other

H-And here are there son and daughter, Jughead and Jellybean

We shook hands with them as well.

JB-Betty?

I then looked at the little girl

B-Yes?

JB-Are you a princess? Because your so pretty

This little girl was so adorable

B-Thanks and no I'm not a princess

JB-You should be though

B-I think you would make a great princess darling

JB-Really? Do you think that Jughead? That I would make a great princess?

J-You would make a marvelous princess JB

I heard his voice and it sent shivers down my spine. We then went and sat down and ate dinner

We were all now sat down and the adults were talking. Jellybean kept asking me questions which I didn't mind at all.

H-Okay. Now there is a reason why we are gathered here today

I was confused

Fp- So Hal and I have been talking and we are deciding that we want to combined our companies and will be named Cooper-Jones.

H-But to make this work there has to be a marriage between both of the families.

My father then looked at me in the eyes

H-Betty, you are going to marry Jughead.......
