Jughead's P.O.V

J-Look Archie. I've been planning something for Betty and it's taking me a while to have it accomplished

A-And what is that? A divorce? Or are you cheating on her? If you are I swear to god you won't see to...

J-Why the hell will you even think that! I love Betty I would never cheat or divorce her for god sakes!

A-Well then.. Tell me

J-Look. I've been trying to look for a new PA because I'm moving Betty's position up for work. I've asked her not to come to work because I want to surprise her with it. She has told me many, many times on how she wishes to be in the business of something. I just didn't know it will take me this long because it isn't easy to find a PA like Betty was.

It was just silent for a few seconds

A- And how about you leaving early and coming home late?

J-How the hell do you even know this?

A-Betty. Who else. Poor girl was crying at my house telling us about you. How else would I know

I sighed. I'm the worst husband

J-The interviews I do are early in the morning and at night. It wasn't my intention to make Betty feel bad or think I was doing something.

A-Why can't you do interviews during your work hours?

J-It's been chaos around here. There been companies that are being to go bankrupt, so we have to deal with it. There been meeting that's been assigned since months ago

Archie still seemed unsure of it. He hates my guts now that's for sure. Before he could say anything else, his phone ranged. He picked it up and answered the phone call

A-Hey Veronica, is everything alright?

B-It's Betty Archie

His eyes widen a little

A-Is everything alright. Did anything happen to Veronica?

B-She's fine, it's just, her water broke and were at the hospital now

His eyes widen. I was still confused on what was going on

A-I'm coming now

He ended the phone and began to leave

J-Is everything alright?

A-Betty called me to let me know that Veronica water broke and that they are in the hospital.

Before I could say anything else he already left. I ran my hand through my hair and then told my secretary to cancel everything else for today. I reached Archie before he left. He looked confused until I told him that I was coming with him.

He didn't say anything about it since he was focused on getting to the hospital.

Also, remind me not to ever be in the passenger seat when Archie is driving for and emergency. I almost threw up...
