Betty's P.O.V

J-Mrs.Cooper?

I turn around and walked towards the door, where my mother stood there. She was holding a present bag.

B-Mom?

Jughead wrapped his arm around me and rubbed his thumb on my side.

A-Betty! Sorry that we couldn't come and see the twins.

I stared at her, not sure what to do.

B-What made you so busy that you couldn't even come and see me, or the twins when we were at the hospital.

A-Sweetie, you need to understand. The company won't run by it self.

G-It won't, but at least we take our time from our busy schedule to come and visit our grandchildren.

We both turn to look at Gladys who had her arms crossed.

A-Well Gladys, you know how busy Hal and I are.

G-Well so are we, but we took our time to come here. Did we come later? Yes we did, but at least we didn't leave our son hanging without even giving a call.

At this point, my mom was glaring at Gladys. Before my mom could say anything else, I spoke.

B-I think its best if you leave mom.

She stopped glaring at Gladys to look at me.

A-What? You aren't going to let me see my grandchildren?

B-Mom. Not right now. If you want to talk to me, then call me. You can't just show up and expect everything to be fine.

My mom stomped her foot before leaving. Jughead closed the door and wrapped his arms around me.

J-Everything will be alright.

I nodded my head while he kissed my head.

B-Lets go eat.

Jughead smirked before we all walked back to the kitchen. Fp and Jellybean were holding the twins. Fp looked up at us.

Fp-Everything alright?

J-Yes.

He looked at me with worried eyes.

B-It's alright Fp. I promise.

He nodded his head before Willow let out a loud scream. Fp began to bounce her. We finished taking the food out of the bags and grabbed plates so we could eat. There was another knock on the door. Jughead went to get it, and as soon as the door opened, I heard Veronica's heals coming towards the kitchen. I chuckled while I saw Archie who was holding Luke, and Jughead walk back inside.

V-Hey.

B-Hi.

My mom took Luke from Archie and began to talk to him, while he babbled at her.

J-Mom don't encourage him!

She rolled her eyes while telling him to calm his pants down.

JB-Not to be rude or anything, but can we eat?

J-You don't have to ask me that.

We all laughed while we sat down. Jellybean handed Zach to Veronica.

V-I want another one Arch.

A-Just wait till the little one turns one alright?

Veronica's smile grew.

It wouldn't take long then, his birthday is less than a month, or two.

I forgot.

We ate and talked for the rest of the time. Slowly, everyone began to leave and we went to bed....
