Chapter 6: The Truth

It was now the day before your transformation. You needed to tell your parents the truth in order to protect them, especially the Autobots and the kids. Right now, Knockout was driving you home. The ride was silent like usual and eventually you made it home safely and early like before the sun sets.

"Remember, tomorrow you'll finally become one of us." Knockout said as you got out and closed the side door. You just watched him drive away as Laserbeak was just watching you carefully from the air.

At school, you knew the kids would always come to you every lunch time and it was about time you told them a plan to get your parents to base So Agent Fowler can explain things to them.

"Are serious? You're going to be force to become by Megatron himself?" Miko asked curiously.

"Yes, and I want my parents to know before it happens, just for them to be safe. I'll be convincing Knockout that I have to be in an urgent meeting with someone at my house, so when he leaves I'll deal with Laserbeak once I got my parents with me so Ratchet  can bridge us to base." You explained.

"Exactly, how are you gonna take care of Laserbeak?" Jack asked

"I've been working on a device that can shoot out electro blast when the target kept on moving. I'm sure the 'cons don't pay attention to my personal work for the past few weeks."

"Are you sure that you'll be okay once you became a cybertronian? I mean you're parents will think that you're dead once you do this and that me may not see you again,     Y/n." Raf said with concern.

"I'll be okay. But you guys need to be at base once I call for a ground bridge with my parents. Do I make myself clear?" You asked and they nodded.

You remembered the conversation from school as you walked inside your house. You were able to get your phone to be connected to the Decepticon's comlinks.

"Soundwave, can you bring Laserbeak at the side of the door for me. I want my parents to think that I found it crash landed once I got here." You said as you receive a voice through your phone, but it was a voice you didn't recognize, other than that, Soundwave did what you ask. All according to plan.

"Mom, Dad?!" You called out for them as you made your way to the living room.

"What is it sweetheart?" your dad said as he was sitting on the couch with your mom in his arms.

"We have you go somewhere and it's has something to do with my time on coming home before curfew."

"What is it then?" You mom said as they both stood up.

"Just grab all the necessary things you need and I'll explain it once we get out." You said.

They both went to their bedroom doing what you said as you pick up your phone again and this time to call to base, for sure everyone is there, including agent Fowler.

"Y/n to base, do you read me?" You asked.

"Y/n, this is Optimus Prime, we hear you loud and clear." Optimus answered you as you sighed in relief.

"Do you guys detect any decepticons near us apart from Laserbeak?" you asked.

"We detect three decepticon signals at your place, Y/n. I'm sure Soundwave has been listening carefully to your plans in bringing your parents hear." Ratchet said.

"Just prepare the ground bridge, I'm pretty sure the ones outside the house are Soundwave, Knockout and Breakdown."

"Please Y/n, isn't there another way for you to avoid to become a cybertronian without being forced to be one?" Raf asked through the comlink with a concerned tone in his voice.
