Chapter 9: A Time with You

It has been about a mega cycle or so since you've started to work with Soundwave. Though he doesn't talk much, especially when the two of you are sometimes alone in your quarters just to do some private work. Right now, you were recharging for a few hours on your berth as Soundwave was in front of your computer. He took a few glances at you in case if you woke up.

Thinking of how much you two spend so much time alone, he was thinking of speaking to you, once you were awake of course. He couldn't explain it, but considering that he's mostly the silent type of bot who knew actions speak louder than words. But this is something new to him, like he wanted to see what type of femme you'd turn out once you showed your true colors. One more glance at you, he smiled beneath his visor and proceeded with his work.

A few minutes later, you woke up. Sitting up and rubbing your optics as you looked in front of you. You saw Soundwave on your computer as you got up the berth and walked towards Soundwave.

"Anything so far?" You asked as he looked at you and went back to work. This has been like your go-to question if anything is up, well more like a daily routine. "Of course, no reply means nothing. It's always been the same thing that I have been saying for a week, Soundwave." You complained a bit as you walked towards the door. "If you need me I'm in the command center. Alone."

After you left, Soundwave looked back to where you have gone, though he frowned underneath his visor. He wanted to talk to you about anything, but what. He still remembers the day of your transformation into a cybertronian, though hearing your screams during that leaves a pain in his spark for which he didn't know why. He wouldn't let you go that easily, even when you were still a human. But why is that? Why does his spark wants to reach out for you? It's not like he would actually earn your affections.....he thought about it and went after you.

As you walked towards the command center, you kept thinking about Soundwave. Why do I feel like I'm blushing every time I look at him? You thought as you kept walking, until you felt two vehicons following you. Shouldn't they be keeping guard or something? You thought as you walked faster just to get away from them, but then one of the vehicons grabbed your servo wrist as he pulled you towards him and the other one.

"Let go of me!" You said as you tried to get out of the 'con's grip, but he just slammed you to the wall as you activated your screen plate scanning on what's gotten in to these two decepticon.

As you scanned both of them, you were shocked on what were they thinking. They're gonna abuse you! You started to struggle as you tried to get out of the grip, but the other 'con pushed you still against the wall. Until.....

"What do you think you're doing?!" You heard Starscream's voice, but when you looked to who it was, it was Soundwave. He slowly walks towards the three of you as the two vehicons let's you go.

"Get back to your stations." Soundwave said in Megatron's voice as the two walked away immediately, with him watching them as they leave.

This gave you a chance to sneak away to go to the command center, but a certain mech grabbed your wrist. "Scrap." You cursed quietly.
You looked at him as he looked at you.

"Can you please?" You said irritatedly as you referred it to him holding your wrist tightly.

He let go of your wrist as you rubbed it. He noticed this which concerned him a bit. You deactivated your screen plate as you tried to go to the command center, but Soundwave grabbed you again, but this time, he grabbed your servo.

"What is it now?" You said as you just looked at his visor.

"Come with me, Y/n." He suggested.

You gave him a questioning look. "What do you mean? You barely spoke to me for a mega cycle and now you want to talk me." You said as you yanked your servo away from him. "I seriously don't understand you at all with your silent games, Soundwave. Plus, what's the point of assisting without speaking?"
