Chapter 5: A New Routine

You just stood there, don't know what to say in front of everyone. Raf was the first one who went to you, giving you a hug on the waist. You returned the hug awkwardly since you knew Soundwave is just watching this.

"Dude, we thought we'd lost you." Miko said as she went to the two of you.

"Did something happened in the warship? You seemed to be a lot quieter than usual." Jack said as he removed his helmet and getting of Arcee as he walked over to you.

"Jack, Raf, Miko.....I know you're all worried about me right now, but I'm not in the mood to talk." you said, you're really trying to avoid any conversation about what happened in the warship.

"Y/n. You were just with Knockout earlier, why did he send you home just letting go just like that?" Arcee asked.

"Maybe they're just tired of me or something." you said as you faked yawned.

":Y/n:" Bee beeped.

"What is it Bee?"

":I'm sorry if I wasn't able to save you from Soundwave:"

"It's fine Bee."

":No it's not, I'm your Guardian as well as Raf, I should've considered taking my top priority on the two of you since I'm the one responsible for letting it happen:"

"BEE! Whatever just happened today, it happened, Okay! None of us knew it would happened! So if you would just please take Raf home and forget about what happened today! Same goes for the two of you. Because like I said, I'm not in the mood to talk. So Goodnight." You said slamming the door of your house as you got in.

You didn't want to be cruel to your Guardian, but didn't have a choice since they didn't know that Laserbeak was just there watching. You cried behind the door, regretting what you just shouted to your Guardian.

"Bee, I think it's best if we let her be. She's probably tired or upset about what happened earlier." Raf said as he approached his Guardian.

"We should all just let her be. We'll just talk about it at base after school is done." Arcee said.

"Aww, I really want to know what happened back there at the ship." Miko pouted as she went inside of her Guardian's seat.

"Let's just ask her at school, since we always have lunch together." Jack suggested as he puts on his helmet.

They all drove away from your house as the three vehicles brought there human partners home. You saw as they leave from your window, wiping the tears from earlier. While still having some time before sleeping, you send the recorded voices from earlier to base, without Soundwave knowing. You yawned as you changed into your pjs and tucked yourself into your bed. Little did you know that Laserbeak was just watching you from your window as you sleep.

The next day, you woke up like 6:00 am, knowing that Knockout will come pick you up before Bee and Raf will. You went to your bathroom as you take a shower for a good 15 minutes. You got out of your bathroom with a bath robe and a towel on your head as you put your yesterday's clothes in your laundry basket. You went to choose your outfit at your closet and wore them. Once you chose your clothes you sat down on your chair as you blow dried your wet hair, for another 15 minutes. After fixing your hair, you fixed your necessary things in your bag, including the device your dad gave to you.

You heard a tap on your window, only to see Laserbeak still there. You sighed as you grabbed your bag and left your room. While heading downstairs you saw your parents eating breakfast together. They greeted you a good morning sweetly as usually and ate breakfast with them.
