Chapter 20: The Exchange (Darkest Hour)

It has been 3 weeks ever since the message from Alpha Trion was given to Optimus. But caused a terrible price, in which the Star Saber was destroyed by Megatron by using the Dark Star Saber, which he stole the arm of one of the original Prime named Leige Maximo from his tomb to activated the Forge of Solus Prime and create the saber from dark energon. Three keys in the Autobots possession until Starscream used the red energon and stole them to give it to Megatron.

Right now everyone, as in everyone, including the kids are at the command center with their guardians talking about going to Cybertron with them.

"Y/n, sweetheart. Does this means that you're gonna come with them to Cybertron?" Your mom asked

You looked at with dad optics, knowing that you're one of them now and nothing can change the past.

"I wish to go their, but I don't want to leave you guys here." You replied, "Not to mention that I'm techno organic and having some parts of a Prime."

"A shame, I honestly enjoyed your mini-con's company." Your dad said as Ravage detaches itself and let your dad pet it.

"What didn't you mentioned about the keys before?" Jack asked

"Things has been a little bit crazy lately." Arcee said

"So does this really mean that you're all going home with Y/n" Raf asked

"Well, she is one of us already, and we can't stay here forever." Smokescreen said

Suddenly a decepticon message was sensed. Assuming that it was from Starscream since he has done it a lot of times, but no. It was from Dreadwing. Saying that he wants to meet up. You decided to leave Ravage with the kids, mostly knowing that Miko want to play with it.

Once you all entered the ground bridge, you all draw out to your weapons as seeing Dreadwing in front you. He said he didn't want to fight, but give the Forge of Solus Prime to Optimus and that he is only doing this once. Optimus asked again if he would join the Autobots, but Dreadwing refused, saying that he might become a traitor to both. With that he flew away, going back the Nemesis. You went forward to the Forge and tried to lift it. Like the Star Saber, it also responded to your touch, but this time it was with more power than the Saber.

"Whoa, even the forge too?" Smokescreen said

"So, deep inside Y/n's body, she's somewhat a Prime?" Arcee asked

"After seeing the Star Saber respond to Y/n's touch, it is clear that she is half Prime." Optimus said

"Wait, but didn't Ratchet said that the title of Prime needs to be earned, not given?" You asked

":Yeah:" Bumblebee beeped

"Have you been studying about the historical records of the Primes in your spare time like I've told you?" Optimus asked

Well ever since what happened with the Star Saber, Optimus has asked you to study and research about the 13 original Primes, which led you to the conclusion if your servos are from one of the Primes.

"I have, why?" You asked

"Your time to become Prime will come soon, Y/n." Optimus said, leaving all of you speechless.

He called for a ground bridge as he lets you carry the Forge as you suddenly heard a voice from it, which you just ignored and that you were just hearing things. When you all returned, you handed the Forge to Optimus as he explained something about the Omega lock, which made everyone except you, confused.

"Omega Lock?" Bulkhead asked

"Wait, now you lost me." Arcee said

"The Omega Lock can only be activated with the use of the Omega keys."
