Chapter 8: Assistance

You were now in your quarters, sitting on your berth with Soundwave on your computer screen, putting informations about the war itself. You somehow didn't like his company, but at the same time his presence made you feel relaxed, though you didn't know why.

You got up your berth as you approach him, mostly wanting to help in the gathering of information and unlocking some data.

"Is there.....anyway for me to help you in your work or are you just.....gonna do everything for me?" You asked as Soundwave turned his helm towards yours, but a little too close, which made you activate your face screen above your faceplate.

"Assistance in the ship." Soundwave said in recordings.

You just nodded as you walked beside him looking at the data he has been putting on the screens. The both of you just stood there for a while, in silence that is. A few minutes later, Soundwave was able to give you any necessary information that is needed and you learned how to download data as your servo turned into like the tentacles Soundwave has, but on your servo that is, as you placed it on the alien like keyboard. While downloading the data, you scanned each from your screen faceplate, until Knockout and Breakdown came in to your quarters, interrupting your progress, with the help of Soundwave.

You moved your arms as you turned it back into your servo, turning your body towards them.

"Sorry if we may interrupt-" Knockout said But he was cut off by you.

"Not interrupting anything at all. Since I was in the middle of relearning everything." You said with a bit of annoyance in your voice.

"My apologies, but Lord Megatron said that we'll be assisting you." Knockout said.

"In what, specifically?" you asked.

"In picking your vehicle form, when your gonna be in the field someday." Breakdown said.

You deactivated your screen plate as you walked over to them. You just followed them, not knowing where exactly to get the vehicle form.

At the base, Bumblebee just came back from his drive as he transformed back to his cybertronian form.

"So...How was the drive?" your Dad asked.

":Not as helpful when Y/n isn't here to talk about it:" Bumblebee beeped as Raf just translates it for him.

"I see..." your dad said.

"Optimus, three decepticon signals near the highways of jasper." Ratchet said.

"What would the 'cons be doing near the highways?" Bulkhead said.

"Best if we find out" Arcee said.

"Ratchet, open the ground bridge. Autobots, roll out." Optimus said as they transformed and drive into the vortex.

Back with you, you kept choosing what sports car would you choose as the three of you kept yourselves hidden from the humans.

"You're really not liking any of these?" Knockout asked, looking at you.

"Nope, none of them are like speaking to me, if you know what I mean." You said.

You then spotted a red sports car driving from the distance.

"Hello, beautiful." You said, as you scanned the car. Once the scan was completed you were glad that your paint job wasn't changed.

Right then, a ground bridge appeared, but what came through were the Autobots.

"Scrap." You said.

You saw a blue motorcycle, a black and yellow muscle car, a green bulky car and a red and blue semi truck. They all transformed not taking one glance at Knockout and Breakdown, but only to you.
