The next morning Nadia and Sid woke up when the alarm went off.
"Sorry baby but we have to go to the airstrip and fly to Raleigh." Sid says.
"It is okay." Nadia says.
"Yeah so pack an overnight bag." Sid says.
"I have one packed for us and the kids." Nadia says.
"So we are taking the kids?" Sid asks.
"Yes because once we get settled Madison and I have something special planned." Nadia says.
"Oh what is that?" Sid asks.
"Well Autumn, Madison, Anna, Taylor and I once we saw the date on the calendar we looked and bought tickets for the Polar Express train ride." Madison answers.
"Oh the kids will love that. Wait though will Autumn be able to fly?"Sid asks.
"Yeah this might be her last road trip until after the twins are born." Nadia replies.
"Okay." Sid says.
They both get up shower and change. Sid grabs the luggage and they head down to the game room. Ruth had all the kids up and ready. Once everyone comes downstairs they get ready to leave.
"So is Autumn able to come with us?" Taylor asks.
"Yeah because of what we have planned?" Anna asks.
"Yes she is still in that safe to fly range. Besides I will be there and I would rather her be with me then here by herself." Nadia says.
"She has a point." Madison says.
"Yes if these babies are going to come I want their doctor and one of my best friends to deliver them." Autumn says.
They all head to the cars and pile in. They head to the airstrip. Sid and boys put the luggage under the plane. They then all board. Once everyone was onboard and they were cleared they take off.
"So what is the special thing you planned?" Sid asks.
"Yeah want know." Geno says.
"Well when we saw that we were going to NC close to Christmas we looked at things nearby to do." Nadia says.
"Yes, and we found a Train Museum close by that does re enactments of the movie The Polar Express." Madison says.
"So we got together and bought tickets for all of us." Taylor says.
"Yes, it will be fun and the kids will love it." Anna says.
"Yes and there also a place for the kids to play games, a fire pit to make smores and more." Autumn says.
"Sounds like fun." Jake says.
"Yeah it does. The kids will love it and so will you girls." Justin says.
"Yeah we can all get our picture taken with Santa too." Kris says.
"Well of course. And yes we will like it because duh its the Polar Express only one of the best movies ever!" The girls all say.
The boys shake their heads. A little bit later they arrive in Raleigh. They all get off the plane. The boys grab their luggage and they head to the buses. One everyone was on they head to the hotel. They check in and head up to their penthouse. They go inside. Everyone goes to pick out a room and put their stuff down. Sid and Nadia pick theirs and put their stuff down. They then head back out to the living room.
"Aunt Tay can we build a fort?" Olivia asks.
"Yes can we please Aunt Tay Tay." Micah asks.
"Sure guys. But let me and Uncle Jake get Liam and Summer settled first okay." Taylor says.
"Otay Aun Tay." Noelle says.
"Yesh Aun Tay." Kristina says.
"We wait patiently." Nikita says.
Taylor and Jake head to their room with the twins. Madison and Kris head to their room. Kris puts the luggage down. They then head back out and play with the kids. A few minutes later Taylor and Jake come back out. Justin, Autumn, Geno and Anna come out as well.
"Okay kids gather up stuff and lets build this fort." Taylor says.
"Yay!" The kids all yell excitedly.
They scatter around gathering things they would need. They take it back and them, Taylor and Jake get down and build the fort. It looked really awesome when they were done.
"Good job guys." Madison says.
"Yeah it looks pretty awesome." Nadia says.
"I am glad the tradition continues." Kris says.
"Yeah me too." Sid says.
"I hope it continues for awhile." Justin says.
"Me too." Geno says.
They finish.
"Ready to go. We can grab dinner before we go." Jake says.
They all nod. They head down to the lobby where Sid and Kris had a bus waiting for them. It was decked out in Christmas. The kids loved it. They all pile on and head to dinner. They had dinner at a local diner right next to the Train Museum. When they finished Justin paid for them. They then head to the museum. They had a little bit of time to waste before their ride. They head over to the kids area. They all get on the slide, carousel, and ferris wheel as a family. They then make some smores and sit around the firepit waiting for their call. Finally it was time. They all board the train and take their seats at their table.
"This should be fun." Autumn says.
"I think it will be." Nadia says.
"I love the movie." Madison says.
"So do I." Taylor says.
"Me too." Anna says.
The show starts. They act out the whole Polar Express movie from start to finish. They got hot chocolate en route and they even got out and got to visit with Santa. They got a group shot with him sitting on his sleigh with his reindeer. The kids loved it. They all received a sleigh bell. They head back to the train. The kids were all zonked out in their carriers. They head back to the beginning.
"Even though we got the bells maybe we should look around the gift shop." Kris says.
"I agree last minute stocking stuffers for the kids." Sid says.
"Yes." Geno says.
"I agree too." Jake says.
"Heck last minute gift for Autumn." Justin says.
They all head into the gift shop. They get the kids something things as well as sneaking the girls some things. When they finished they checked out and they all head back to the limo. They get in and head back to the hotel. They head to the penthouse. Madison, Nadia, and Anna get the kids settled in their fort and tucked in bed. Everyone turns in. Sid and Nadia head to their room.
"I am glad we did that." Nadia says.
"So am I. It was fun as a group and the kids loved it." Sid says.
"I agree." Nadia says as they get ready for bed.
They both climb into bed. They make love a few times before falling into a much needed sleep.
