Not long after they fell asleep Nadia woke up running to the bathroom. She throws up a few times emptying her stomach. Sid gets up and rubs her back and holds her hair out of her face. When she finished puking he picks her up and gently carries her back to bed. He lays her down gently and tucks her in. He then goes and grabs her medicine and ginger ale.
"Thanks baby." Nadia says.
"Welcome ." Sid says kissing her head.
Nadia takes the medicine with small sips of ginger ale. She then lays down and snuggles onto his chest. Sid kisses her head. Nadia falls back to sleep. Sid does too.
Later the next morning Nadia and Sid wake up when the alarm went off.
"Practice baby?" Nadia asks.
"Yeah baby go back to sleep. I am just getting a shower." Sid says.
"Okay baby." Nadia says.
Nadia lays back down. Sid goes and gets a shower and then comes out and gets dressed.
"I will see you after practice. You stay here and rest." Sid says.
"Okay baby." Nadia says.
"I love you." Sid says.
"I love you too. Can you bring the kids in here? "Nadia asks.
"Sure." Sid says.
He goes and grabs Krissy, Madison, Cole, Sid Jr., Alex and Catherine and takes them into the room. They snuggle with their mom falling back to sleep.
Sid kisses her head.. Nadia snuggled against his pillow.
"I will see you after practice baby." Sid says kissing her.
"Okay baby." Nadia says kissing back.
Sid, Jake, Geno, Justin and Kris head to the arena for practice. Justin goes up to rehab. Sid and the boys head out for practice.
A little bit later Nadia finally gets up. She takes care of Alex and Catherine and then takes them all down with the other kids. She then heads into the kitchen. Everyone meets there.
"Sit down Madison Anna and I got this." Taylor says.
"Yeah you and Autumn need to sit down and relax." Anna says.
"Okay." Madison says.
"You too Nadia. We know morning sickness is kicking you butt." Taylor says.
"So relax. "Anna says.
"OKay." Nadia says
Nadia, Autumn and Madison sit down. Taylor and Anna make brunch for them all. They then sit down and eat. After they finish they clean up the dishes. They then head into the game room and play games with the kids. That was when Sid and the boys came home . They join them and they all play with the kids for a little bit longer. They then put them all down for their naps. Everyone turns in. Sid and Nadia head to their room.
"Lets take a nap baby." Sid says.
"Okay baby." Nadia says.
They both snuggle together falling into a much needed sleep.
A few hours later the alarm goes off and they both get up. Nadia puts on her jersey and jeans and Sid puts on his suit. Once they were both ready they head downstairs. Nadia and Sid head to the arena with the kids.. Sid heads off into the locker room. Nadia and the kid heads up to the food court meeting Taylor, Madison, Anna, Autumn and the kids. They all grab food and then head back to the runway. Warmups start and they eat their food. Thirty minutes later they end and the boys come off the ice. Nadia goes and snags a kiss from Sid.
"Good luck baby." Nadia says.
"Thank you." Sid says.
They kiss one more time. The boys goes out onto the ice. The anthem is sung and the first period starts. Both teams battle back and forth with the puck. However towards the end of the first Grant scores giving the Penguins the lead. The girls cheer. The first period ends and after a brief intermission the second starts. Not even a minute into Phil goes and scores.
"Phil the thrill baby." Madison says.
"That was awesome." Nadia says.
"It was typical Phil. "Taylor says.
"And yay hubby with that assist." Anna says.
"Yay." Autumn says.
Boston scores a little bit later however towards the end of the second ZAR scores.
"Way to go ZAR." Taylor says.
"That was a snipe." Madison says.
"Yes it was." Nadia says.
"Glad we are winning." Autumn says.
"Me too." Anna says,
The second ends and after another brief intermission the third starts. The pens loose focus a bit and Boston scores two back to back goals. However Sid wins the face off and Kris blasts the puck right into the net.
"Damn baby." Madison says.
"Now that was a snipe." Nadia says.
"Yes it was." Anna says.
"Hell I played goalie and I didn't see that coming." Taylor says.
"Nope." Autumn replies.
That was when Madison's world fell apart. She watched in horror as Kris took a hit in the knee falling to the ice . He tried to get up and couldn't. He used his stick to get up but it broke and he fell again.
"Kris oh god. "Madison says.
Finally Kris was able to get up barely and make it to the runway. Sid and Jake helped him off.
"Go Madison, we got the kids." Taylor says.
"Yes we do. Keep us updated." Autumn says.
"Yes and stay calm or try to. We don't need you going into labor on top of it." Nadia says.
"Yes." Anna says.
Madison goes to Kris. She helps Jasmine and one of the other trainers to get Kris into the locker room.
"God I hope that Kris is okay." Anna says.
"Me too." Nadia says.
"That didn't look good." Autumn says.
"Well we will take the kids home and take care of them." Taylor says.
ZAR scores an empty netter and the Pens win. The girls wait for the guys to come off the ice. A little bit late the boys come out and they all head back to Madison an Kris's. They girls tag team and get the kids into bed. Nadia and Sid then head into their room. Nadia and Sid both get ready for bed and lay down.
"Poor Madison." Nadia says.
"I know. I hope Kris is okay." Sid says.
"I know I hope so too." Nadia says.
Sid and Nadia both snuggle together falling into a much needed sleep.
