Not long after then laid down Nadia got up and ran to the bathroom. She threw up a few times emptying her stomach into the toilet.
"Oh baby it got you too." Sid says coming into the bathroom.
"It did." Nadia says.
Sid helps her back to bed with a basin. Nadia was up off and on through out the wee hours of the morning throwing up. Sid woke up and took care of her each and every time. Finally she was able to keep the medicine down and was able to get some sleep.
A little later the alarm goes off. Nadia groans. Sid shuts it off and then sets it for the time they would have to wake up to head to the arena. Sid kisses her head and snuggles closer to her.
"Shh baby it's okay go back to sleep. "Sid says kissing her head again.
"Don't you have to skate?" Nadia asks hoping he didn't.
"Its optional baby and you know I always option not to." Sid replies.
"Thank god, because I just want to snuggle with you." Nadia says.
"Let me check on the kids okay and then we can." Sid says.
"Okay baby." Nadia replies.
Sid gets up and goes out to check on the kids. They were watching movies with Ruth.
"Hey Nadia got the stomach bug so I am going to lay with her taking care of her." Sid says to Ruth.
"Okay, I will keep an eye on the kids." Ruth says.
"Thanks Ruth." Sid replies.
He then heads back to their room. He climbs in and snuggles with Nadia. They both fall into a much needed nap.
A few hours later the alarm goes off. Nadia and Sid both wake up.
"How are you feeling?" Sid asks.
"Better." Nadia says.
They both get up and get dressed. Nadia puts on his jersey and jeans. Sid puts on his suit. Once they were ready they head out into the living room. The kids decided to stay at the hotel with Ruth to watch the game. Once everyone was ready they head out to the bus. They then head to the arena. Kris, Jake, Justin, Geno and Sid head to the locker room. Madison, Nadia, Autumn, Anna and Taylor head to get food. They grab what they wanted and then head to the runway. Taylor and Madison got the twins fed and settled. They were now back to sleep. They then eat their food as warm ups started. Thirty minutes later warm ups end and the guys come off the ice. Nadia snags a kiss from Sid.
"Good luck baby." Nadia says.
"Thanks." Sid says.
"I love you." Nadia says kissing him.
"I love you too." Sid says kissing back.
They then head back out onto the ice. The anthem is sung and then the first period starts. Not long into it the Wild score. The girls groan. The game continues. Ten minutes later Sid goes down and scores with an assist from Kris.
"Hell yeah baby." Nadia says.
"Kris with that assist. He going streaking." Madison says.
"Yeah five games straight with at least a point." Taylor says.
"That is awesome." Anna says.
"Sid has been on fire lately too." Autumn says.
Four minutes later Phil scores with an assist from Sid.
