It was the day of the dance and Andy was unhappy. Rye had been bugging him all yesterday evening to find a date. If Rye wasn't his best friend he probably would've choked him. Rye had chosen Hannah as the lucky girl going to the dance with him.

Andy was happy with his choice. He didn't exactly like Hannah but she was much less of a bitch than nicole was. Andy was trudging his way through all the gossiping girls talking about who they'd snagged for the dance.

Andy rolled his eyes and scoffed when he heard Hannah bragging about how she was going with Rye and how she hopes he'll ask her to be his girlfriend. Andy felt a little pang of jealousy in his chest. He didn't know why but he decided to shake it off.

Andy wasn't looking where he was going and crashed right into someone. "I'm so sorry I didn't even see you there" the person said helping Andy off the floor. Andy was met with a cute boy with pretty blue eyes and long honey golden hair.

"Its no problem I should've been looking where I was going" Andy said with a giggle before taking his hand and standing upright. "Still I'm super sorry. I'm harper by the way and may I know your name babe?" The pretty blond said tucking some of his lucious blond hair behind his ear.

Andy blushed when he said babe but was able to studder out his name. "Andy, that's such a cute name" the guy, Harper, said then smiled brightly which was one of the most beautiful sights Andy had ever seen. "Harper's a cuter name" Andy said and smiled which caused Harper to gasp and poke his dimples making Andy let out a giggle. (AN: I just really want to poke Andys dimples don't judge me 😂)

The two continued to converse about Harper's weird Bagel fetish until they were interrupted by a very fake cough. Turning around Andy was faced with his not so happy best friend Rye Beaumont. "Hi Andy who's this" Rye said raising a brow and putting emphasis on 'this'.

"This is Harper. Harper this is Ryan or Rye" Andy said turning to harper and smiling causing Harper to smile and Rye to get more irritated. "Anyway sorry to interrupt but Andy have you found a date yet? Because Nicole still needs a date and she wants to go-" Rye was cut off by Harper "Well actually I was gonna ask if he wanted to go with me, Just as friends of course" He said blushing.

Rye was about to tell him 'hell no' when Andy cut him off " I would love to go with you Harper" He said then smiled brightly at him. Harper smiled back but was then called by one of his friends, Sonny. Andy was roughly turned to face his best friend, irritation clear in his features.

"Why the hell would you go with him?! He's not even a girl!!!" Rye said the crossing his arms. Andy rolled his eyes and sighed "Did you hear a word he said? He just said we were going as friends and who cares if he's a girl or not" Andy said making his way to the cafeteria with Rye in tow.

"If you wanted to go with someone as friends why not go with me and Hannah or Nicole?" Rye said clearly not seeing the big problem with that. "For one, I'd be third wheeling with you and Hannah and second, I don't like Nicole shes a bitch" Andy simply stated before sitting at their usual table.

Rye huffed and was about to argue but was interrupted by a tap on the shoulder. It was Hannah. Andy sighed as her and Rye started to converse, Hannah twirling her hair and giggleing like an idiot while Rye practically drooled over her.

Andy was picking at his sandwich when his other best friends Jack, Mikey and Brooklyn sat down at the table. Jack and Brook started with their shenanigans while Mikey and Andy were talking about the game last night. "Have you guys found dates yet?" Rye asked the other boys after saying goodbye to Hannah.

"Well me and jack are going as friends" Brook said before going back to playing around with Jack. "I don't have a date but I'm going" Mikey said taking a bite of his pizza. "You can come with me and Harper, he should be bringing sonny with him I think" Andy said. "Why again are you going with Rapunzel and emo boy?"

Rye scoffed causing everyone at the table but Andy to laugh. "Rye why are you being so rude to Harper? You wanted me to go and im going who cares if he's a boy we're just friends anyway" Andy said huffing. Rye did feel bad but he couldn't help it something about Andy going with Harper made him upset. He mumbled a quick "sorry" before diving into his turkey and cheese sandwich.

"Why do I have to wear a stupid suit?" Andy whined trying to loosen the tie that was too tight. "Sweetheart, the attire is formal and I wanted you to look nice" Mrs. Fowler said trying to style her son's disobedient hair. "But mommmm please let me just wear the shirt and pants" Andy pleaded adding puppy dog eyes that his mom usually couldn't say no to but didnt work tonight.

"No honey please just wear the suit every other guy there will have on a suit too" his mom said trying to reason with her youngest son. "Ugh fine but I'm not wearing the tie" Andy said before snatching it off. Mrs. Fowler sighed and nodded knowing that she wont win the argument.

"Andy some dudes are here" Adam called from downstairs. His mom squealed. She knew her son wasn't going with the boy as a date but she still will take some cute ass photos. She brushed his hair one last time before completely giving up.

"Its good enough, come on lets not keep them waiting" She said opening the door and leading the way to the living room. Harper was standing there with sonny looking nice while his brother and sister were sitting on the couch, also dressed nicely. "Why are you guys dressed up?" Andy asked after giving Harper and Sonny a hug.

"We're getting extra credit if we help chaperone" Andrea said fixing her lipstick in her phone camera. "Oh okay anyway lets take pictures quickly and get this night over quicker" Andy said rolling his eyes making Sonny and Harper laugh while nodding their heads.

Obviously agreeing with the small blond. Everyone was in position when the door bell rang. Adam opened the door revealing Andys bestfriends and Hannah. "Come on in we were just about to take pictures" Mrs. Fowler told them.

Everyone got back into position but instead of Andy being between Harper and Sonny, He was now between Harper and Rye. Harper held Andy's hand and smiled wide at the camera. Andy smiled at him before turning to the camera. Rye was fuming at that point so close to loosing it that he grabbed into Hannah's hand tighter.

Hannah, taking it as some kind of show of possession, smiled hugely at Rye and the camera. Harper wrapped his arm around andys waist for the next picture. Rye quickly wrapped his arm around Andys neck, pulling him closer to his body. Harper noticing the sudden tug, pulled Andy back toward him and smiled at the camera.

Rye tugged Andy back toward him and smiled at the camera. Rye and Harper continued their game of tug of war until Mrs. Fowler told them she had enough pictures and could clearly see Andys dizziness. After Andy stopped being dizzy, Harper linked one of his arms with Andys.

"Shall we go my lady" Harper said in a fake posh accent. Andy giggled "Yes sir we shall" he said in his posh accent causing everyone to laugh except Rye. He suddenly didn't want to go to the dance.
