Petal & Honey

Andy woke up with one thought on his mind: "I'm gonna wear a skirt." He didn't usually wear skirts or dresses, only sticking to shorts and overalls which were still shorts.

He didn't know why he wanted to wear a skirt since he actually hated them but today he just did so he looked through his closet for a skirt. He knew Rye had bought him some along with cute crop tops, some of them he'd never wear to school because they were inappropriate.

He searched through the section of clothes that rye had given him picking up a yellow jean skirt and a matching jean jacket. He searched through the crop top section and found a white crop top with the words "honey" written across it.

Andy smiled, knowing rye got it for him because it had his nickname on it. Andy pulled out some white socks and yellow vans, sitting them on his bed and went to his bathroom to take a shower.

After his shower and personal hygiene, he put his clothes and makeup on. He hadn't worn makeup in so long other than a little lip gloss here and there.

After he checked himself in the mirror a couple times, he grabbed his bag and his phone, sending Rye a text to pick him up before walking downstairs to eat breakfast.

When he walked downstairs he saw his family at the table all together for the first time in a while since his mom leaves for work so early and his siblings being in college.

"Hello beautiful family of mine" Andy said going around the table kissing each of their heads getting "Hi Andy's" from his siblings. "Hi sweetheart, you look really pretty today" his mom said kissing his head.

"Thank you Mommy" he said smiling at her before taking a seat at the table. They were sitting and talking about little things like work and school when the door opened, revealing Andy's Beautiful boyfriend Rye.

"Hi Honey" Andy said as Rye got closer to where Andy was standing, having gotten up from the table when Rye had come in.

Rye stopped dead in his tracks, marveling over the adorable outfit the Andy was wearing. He picked Andy up and spun him around making him giggle.

"Put me down" Andy said almost not being able to get the words out from giggling so much. Rye put him down and showered his face with kisses "you look beautiful petal" he said holding him to his chest then started showering him with more kisses.

Andy giggled more and more feeling genuinely happy forgetting about his family until he heard the flash of a camera. Andy pushed himself off of Ryes chest and glared at his sister, not looking intimidating at all.

"What?" She asked trying to put an innocent face on while Andy just glared at her more "you know what. Stop taking pictures of me and Rye" he said to her in a warning tone before turning back to Rye giving him a quick peck on the lips. "Woah when did you get here bro?" Adam asked looking up from his phone for the first time since Andy came down.

He had been typing on his screen for a while, rolling his eyes then typing again. "I literally walked through the door without knocking" Rye said in shock that he didn't notice he was there.

"Oh" Adam said before his phone "binged" again "you've got to be fucking kidding me!" He yelled in frustration, typing furiously on his phone before turning it off and face down.

"Are you okay? What's wrong?" Andy asked worriedly "Cole's being an ass hat that's what's wrong" he said crossing his arms and huffing out loudly. "Well, how is he being and ass hat?"

Andy asked him, confused as to why they were fighting when just yesterday they were cuddled up on the couch. Adam huffed again "Jennifer came up to me yesterday and asked if her makeup looked good. I told her yeah but her lipstick was a little smuged so I wiped some of it off and Cole saw it claiming that I 'looked like I was gonna kiss her' like honestly" Adam said throwing his arms up in the air dramatically before crossing them again.

"It's like just because I'm bisexual he gets worried about me leaving him if I'm even breathing near other guys or girls that aren't him or our other three friends we have in college" Adam said uncrossing his arms, now just looking sad and defeated.

Andy got up to hug his brother, Adam wrapping his arms around him. "I think you should talk to him before everything gets out of hand and he says something he doesn't mean and you say something you don't mean" Rye said, Andrea nodding her head in agreement.

So Adam picked up his phone and called the love of his life. Cole answered the phone his voice sounding like he had been crying and still doing so "aww baby boy don't cry please" Adam said getting up from the table to talk to him privately.

Andy smiled as he watched his brother walk away from the table hearing him say "I love you so much" to Cole on the other end. He took out his phone and checked the time almost choking "Rye we're gonna be late if we don't leave now" he said downing his orange juice and pulling Rye from the table.

He gave his mom and sister a quick kiss on the forehead, not giving one to Adam since he was still on the phone. Rye said "bye" before being roughly pulled out of the door by his beautiful boyfriend.
