Harry laughed, joyfully though there was a sparkle in his dark brown eyes. "Such a bad man you are. Bad and dumb, risking everything just so you can end up in jail. You wack, you crazy delusional fool."

"It's not like I have a choice." I said, sadly.

Harry went quiet for a few minutes and then spoke up. "Look, there's this person I know. They run an illegal operation. You can sell people to them for money. It's all hush-hush for now but I've being doing research into it. I'm planning on selling my son away forever and then I could use the money I get from them to pick up so many chicks. I think you should join this, too. You should sell your daughter to pay for your treatment and become rich. After all, money is everything."

I stared at Harry, my whole face blank. I was unsure of what to say to him.

"Harry, I don't know---"

Harry cut me off. "Look, you stupid dork, do you want to survive and live the life of a god or not? Huh?"

Harry spent a few good minutes pitching this to me and finally, like the weak ass man I am, I gave in. I was interested. I wanted this.

He called up the organization, handed the phone to me as I nervously held it close to me, so close and tight that I was afraid I'd break it.

"We heard you want to sell someone." A cold voice said from the other end. "Well, I can be of assistance and provide you with a lot of dough."

"Oh, I don't need dough," I said, confused. "I can buy that from the grocery store."

Harry rolled his eyes.

The man on the other end laughed. "It's an expression, you dumb witted fool, I meant money."

"Of course." I said, dazed and my heart accelerating very rapidly. Oh my, I didn't know how fun it was to sell someone away and have their life in your hands!

The man and I talked for a bit.

"Just remember once we finalize the deal, you can't back down on your word or else I'll slit your throat. Or better yet, I'll chop off your pretty head with an axe to hang as a decoration on my fancy yacht while my goons and I drink beer, flinging knives at it and laughing to our hearts content."

What a maniac.

His idiotic greedy goons must be really terrifying, yikes, I'm almost afraid to hang up. Fear has gripped every inch of my sick body and twisted mind.

I took a deep breath.

"So, are you sure you're willing to give up your precious girl to me?" he asked.

I swallowed.

"Yes, yes, I am."

*Flashback Over*

*Back to my P.O.V, not my fool of a father who has made a stupid decision, grr*

I felt extremely dizzy as he poured out the story to me. He's been planning on selling me for quite a while and that's why he needed me to come. Father kept apologizing and telling me how much he wanted to hug me. I'm going to be honest and say if he tried to hug me, I'd bite him. Not just bite him, I'd karate kick and wrestle him.

"Just obey him Raven," Father said, gently. "Listen to the creepy man and go with him."

"F*ck no," I snarled. "You're such an un-fatherly jerk."

"Um, is un-fatherly even a real word?" Father wondered, trying to make his daughter understand that money was more important than love.

Family can't be replaced like money, father thought to himself, but money brings so much more than family can.

"Does it matter?" I snapped. "I wanna slap you silly, fake dad."

"I truly do love you. Taking care of you was an exciting chore but everything must come to an end."

"Since when are chores exciting, creep?" I frowned. "If you loved me, you wouldn't let me go."

"Darling, don't make me more guilty than I already am." Father said, sadly.

"Done your cute little talk?" Berry said, annoyed, tapping his heel back and forth on the wooden floor.

"One sec." I told him coldly.

I had some very extreme words that I needed to say to my father.

" I hate you dad, I hate you more than anything in the world." I said, the anger turning into sadness.

"You don't mean that Raven..."

Is he freaking joking? He's selling me like I'm cattle and he expects me not to hate him!

"Damn right I do." I accused, angrily. "I don't even wanna hear your annoying voice ever again, you random man."

"Seriously, I hope I never see your despicable face. I hate you so much." I continued, in a strangled voice. Tears threatened to fall.

"Raven---" Father said, sad and awkward at the same time.

Before he could finish the sentence, I cut him off abruptly.

"SHUT UP!" I screamed.

I hung up the phone out of anger. I had so many emotions blazing inside of me. Hurt, betrayed, upset, how can I trust someone ever again?

"Great, now that's done with, walk with me." Berry extended his arm out. I noticed he had rings all over his fingers. Yikes, they could be used as weapons. If you were to press those into someone's face and drag down...oh man, just thinking about that is painful.

"How about no, you asshat?" I shot.

Berry's eyes widened. "You can come willingly or I will use force."

"You're gonna need to make me come, you jerk-face, you little silly looking b*tch," I said, smiling on the outside but losing it on the inside.

"Just for talking like that, why I ought to beat you up." Berry said, expressionless and cold, losing his usual evil charm.

Egg-beater cracked his knuckles, demonstrating to me he was not afraid of making me come violently. Despite these warnings, I felt a surge of adrenaline overtake me.

"If you want to end up in the hospital, by all means go ahead expired bottle of honey, try laying a hand on me and you'll see how much of a bad b*tch I can be." I told him confidently, placing my hands on my hips.

Then with a long deep breath, I did the only thing I could think of in the heat of the moment even though it meant I could be in serious danger.

I turned.

And I ran.
