Thank you so much to EllenFairyBlue4 for this amazing gift. It made me really happy <3 EllenFairyBlue4 has re-written the first chapter of Demon Hunter. Quote from her: "At first I was going to leave a review but I saw how much of a rewrite this needed. I know this is your first draft, but I wanted to bring to you some new ways to write. Thus, the rewrite in my own words. Do feel free to use this as a guideline for your first chapter (just go back over it because I left some stuff out that needs filling in). I don't care, but my idea was for you to have a tool to guide you in your writing. To note, your first chapter isn't bad, but it reads like a first draft and you lack descriptions on some things. Anyway here's your doc or first chapter. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. ^~^ Happy Christmas & Merry New Year!!!"
Ellen, this is such a wonderful gift, you brightened up my day and filled it with joy. I know you told me to add stuff in where needed but I decided to leave it as it is.

Demon Hunter: Chapter 1
Groaning inwardly, the shit pile of magazines on my desk stared back at me. My task was to go through all of them to make sure they were ready to be duplicated as many copies copies necessary, so the human race can shamefully devour and gossip about the contents within. What a hell of a day this was going to be for me.
Grabbing the first magazine that had a blonde bombshell on it's cover, I rolled my eyes as the woman was kissing a greek god statue of a man. How cliche. I flipped open to the first page.
Scrolling through the densely worded page, I noticed a few errors right away in the first few paragraphs. Another thing: the writer had added too much detail and not enough pictures. There were no issues with spelling, but the pages so far was just too cluttered.
"Elliot," Looking up, I noticed that the dark-haired man was busy with his nose in a magazine.
Elliot wore gray pants similar to mine, and one of those buttoned down white dress shirts. That was the dress code here at [insert company name]: One must wear either black, white, or gray pants. No joke. This was actually the company policy. Only the boss and his associates were allowed to wear whatever they wanted, even if their outfits were skimpy yet professional.
With his black boots resting on top of precious magazines, Elliot looked way too comfortable this morning.
Sending a glare his way, I said, "You freaking bozo, move your stipud boots off the magazines!"
His dark brown eyes when wide and he quickly move his feet from the table. In his haste, he knocked over the pile of magazines bring a sigh from me.
Dear God, what am I going to do with my co-worker?
He stretched his arms above his head. "Sorry about that Raven." He yawned which in turn caused me to yawn back.
"It's fine. Just try not to make a habit of it." I turned back to my magazine.
"Sure. Yeah," he mumbled.
Peeking through my eyelashes, I noticed him staring at the floor for a moment before he slowly when back to looking through the magazines.
Trash. Crap. More trash. More crap. Scanning the pages, I felt another yawn trying to make its way up ,y throat, but I suppress the urge before it could really begin. By the time my boss came into my office about half an hour later, I was exhausted.
Mr. Sweetner was a man in his late sixties. Grayish hair was barely visible between those black few strains of hair on his head. Some people describe him as a bald hag, but I, being ever so observant, noticed he had a thinning patch of hair on his hair.Wearing a red suit the color of lipstick, I noticed he walked toward me in that overly confident strode of his. Looking down, I noticed the old man had on two different socks. Can you believe that?
