i run into his arms, not caring about the stares from others, not caring about the dirty looks. peter is home. peter is back. about two months ago peter had to go into hiding, because of the scumbag who called himself mysterio. "you're back" i sigh into his chest. "i'm back" he smiles, eyes welling with tears. "so much has happened, i don't even know what you know!" i grasp his hand, pulling him along away from the stark industries private jet. "morgan is eight now, she really wants to get to know you" we sit down in the car as happy prompts peter with questions about wakanda and king t'challa. "it was cool, lots of advanced tech" he says, letting his head rest on my shoulder. "i missed you a lot, you know that right?" he whispers into my ear, butterflies erupting in my chest. "i missed you more" i tease, kissing him for the first time in months. 

we get back to may's apartment, and she drops everything to hug her nephew. "your girlfriend was very committed, peter she stayed here every night you were gone" may grasps my arm and pulls me into the hug. "aww someone did miss me!" he teases, once we were out out of the hug. he kisses my temple as we walk into his room, or were i've been sleeping for the past two months. "it was really hard" i mumble, sitting down on the bed. "we blipped, but at least we both did, so i didn't have to deal with life without you" tears fall down my face, and peter rushes over to wipe them away. "oh darling, my love its okay. i'm back for good now, don't worry. we will graduate highschool together and then we can go to college and live together, even if i go to mit and you go to nyu. i'm not leaving you again, i promise" my head is tucked in between his arms, and i let soft sobs falls as i hear peter's reassurance.
