"Ma,kami na po ni Jex ang magliligpit" sabi ko at tumayo narin si Jexter upang maglikom ng mga pinagkainan namin "Make sure to wear your aprons,baka mabasa at madumihan pa ang mga damit niyo"

Sabi ni Mama habang pinupunasan ang lamesa.I saw Elton already went back to our bedroom,looks like he's making his assignments.Umalis narin si Mama at nagtungo sa salas at nanonood ng tv.Napailing si Jex habang nakangiti "What?" I asked him and he smiled "I was so nervous.I even panicked when Tita cried" he stated with a low voice.I also panicked when I saw my mother crying.Good thing,it was because of joy.Nagulat ako nang hawakan ni Jex ang kamay ko at sinuutan na niya ito ng gloves

"Thank you"

"Why dont we take turns asking questions to each other?"

Suhestiyon niya habang inaanlawan namin ang mga plato bago ito sabunan "I prefer being asked than asking questions.Ask me your questions until we finish washing these dishes" I said and he already nodded.He was silent for a second,maybe thinking of a question.Narinig ko pa siyang tumikhim kaya naman bahagya akong lumingon sa direksyon niya

"What did you felt when you saw me,entering our classroom?"

He asked as we both continued washing the dishes "You saw how I showed you with no expression in my face.But dude,I was curious and irritated that time!" I stated while laughing and he also did when he heard it "I was left with the question 'who's that crazy looking guy' and no offense pero naiirita talaga ako pag nginingitian mo ako dati" He frowned to what I've said and it made me laugh

As I stopped laughing he only shook his head as a sign of defeat from being teased "Next question!What was the most embarrassing thing you've ever done in your life?" He asked and I smiled as I remembered a certain memory

"It was when I rode on a jeep,heading on my way home from school.The jeep was full of passengers and it was raining so hard that day.Buong biyahe naka earphones lang ako tapos nung malapit na ako sa bababaan ko,pumara na ako.But dude,the freakin' driver didn't heard me!Naka ilang sigaw na ako sa loob ng jeep yet he only stopped when I was freaking hundred meters away from our street!And guess what I shouted before the jeep finally stopped"

I challenged him and he was laughing as I caught him looking and listening to me intently. "'Kuya p-pektusan na kita!' am I right?" He answered,copying my expression and accent which made me stel in his feet as I frowned

"Epal ka rin no.You just killed the mood!" dismayado kong saad na mas ikinatawa niya "Continue,please"

Napailing nalang ako dahil sa kanya "I shouted 'kuya sa tabi lang!ang layo na nung bahay namin!' And then I realized that all of the passengers were looking at me,suppressing their laughs." Jexter and I ended up smiling at each other as I answered his second question

"That was indeed embarrassing"

"But it wasn't my fault!Kung hindi lang sana bingi si kuyang driver"
