A Sun Lit Path

Chapter 8 "The Siren's Calling" Part 3

      I was awoken from my slumber to see Sagittarius poking me on the head saying, 

"Yo get up, you've missed 2 classes already." 

"What?" I said still in a daze 

"Yeah you missed 6th and 7th period. Don't worry your absents are excused." Sagittarius said

Once I woke up the other Zodiac members were getting up as well. I looked at the audience stand to see some members of the Sadie fan club to wake up. Some of the girls said, 

"What happened?"
"What am I wearing?"
"EW! Who is this girl on my shirt?!" 

The plan worked! Since we jammed so hard Sadie's music was erased from their heads. I got up from the stage and try to walk off the dizziness. I got my backpack from backstage and walked out of the auditorium. Sagittarius gave me a late pass and I continued my way. I walked out of the auditorium and walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to me next period class. Once opened the door to my class they where already watching a movie. I sat in my seat until I hear Sadie talking to Joey. Sadie said to Joey, 

"I know the Zodiac's ruined my fan club and I want revenge. Thank you for telling me that Joey."

What?! Joey told Sadie about Gemini's  plan? How can that be? Is he a snake?! Joey got up to use the bathroom and I followed him. I stopped him in the hallway to ask him, 

"Joey what the hell?! Why did you tell Sadie about Gemini's plan?" I said furiously

"Okay dude just calm down." Joey said in a calm manner

"How can I be calm?! You ruined it-"

"Okay can you let me explain myself?!"

"Huh?"

"Gemini told me to tell Sadie about her plan. I didn't ask much but she might've told me about Sadie being under the influence of those purple suction cups."

"Oh sorry about this."

"Nah dude it's alright. I was gonna tell you anyway. Also you should go to the auditorium straight after school." 

"Alright Joey thanks for the information!" 

      I quickly rushed back to my class and before I knew it the day was over. I ran as fast as I can to the auditorium. As i open the doors people where already being seated down. Dang it Sadie must've tricked everyone to come here to make everyone listen to her singing. I rushed to the stage and ran pass through the curtains where Scorpio, Cancer, Capricorn, Pisces, and Aquarius where wearing 2000's boy band outfits. I ask, 

"Um what's with the outfit?"

"No time to explain just put this on and wait in the back." Capricorn says as he throws me the same suit the boys where also wearing. I put it on and hide in the back where the boys are siting down. 

      All of a sudden Sadie, wearing a black dress, walks on stage and beings to sing. The boys quickly got up and the music changes to a 2000's techno rap beat. There the boys began to sing and I soon came up. We sang on the stage crashing Sadie's performance. The boys soon grabbed Sadie while still singing. I know what I have to do. I got as far back as I could from Sadie and the boys soon put on of their hands on Sadie's head pulling back to make a opening for her throat. I quickly jumped in the air, as high as non-humanly possible, put my right foot forward in the air and I kicked Sadie's neck right in her vocal cords! The boys let her got making her fall on the stage floor. We start to continue the song, dancing and singing away. Soon later Virgo and Aries rushed on Stage in nurse's outfits with a stretcher. They put Sadie on the stretcher and quickly ran off of the stage. The boys and I got together and posed for the final beat of the song. Once the song was over we quickly ran back stage and got out of these cheesy outfits. Once I got changed and walked out of the auditorium, the police were talking to Virgo and Aries. From what I can gather the police arrested Sadie for like something that violated the 13th amendment. 

      I walked away and got into my house where Xavier, my friends, and Zodiac's are all sitting down quietly. I sat myself down next to Xavier and began to do my math homework, I didn't know anything so I screamed for my friend's help, 

"RYAN! Can you help me?!" I wait, and wait, and wait. After like 5 minutes of waiting I sent Ryan a text and weirdly enough the text didn't go through. It said, "The person who you are trying to text does not exist. The number is not real. Please try again later." Now that's super odd. Ryan should have is phone on. I started to get scared and quickly rushed to his room where I used my master key card to open the door and I saw a note with cut out news paper letters saying, 

"You will get a call at 3:00 pm."

I looked at my watch and it was 2:59 pm.
